The Lancashire Telegraph has just released a very short article reporting that a Venky’s PR spokesperson has said today “There is no new contract signed yet“.
Whilst there is a possibility of the quote being slightly lost in translation, the use of the word “yet” will do little to win over the fans, many of whom believe Kean’s contract should be terminated rather than extended.
