Band of Brothers is quality, one of my favourite shows.

I have been looking to buy the walking dead, is it a decent series?

It's excellent however there's only six episodes in season one. Best to wait for it to drop in price or download it.

BATTLESTAR GALLACTICA.

+1 - tremendous stuff (so far - just into series 3).

And, although it's only 7 or 8 episodes long, Generation Kill is outstanding.

The Walking Dead was very good, but I love anything to do with zombies.

Been watching Game of Thrones which I find very very good but I always blanch at the amount of sex in it. I am not a prude but there is just no need for all of that to move the story.

Rome was fantastic too.

I have watched it twice love it.

I called the ending while watching season 4 see if you can figure it out.

Damages It was on BBC You have to watch it from the start as it goes between the past, present, and future. It's a legal drama with Glenn Close.

Band of Brothers
The Pacific
Sorpanos (except the gay mafioso season)
True Blood
Game of Thrones
South Park
Firefly
Buffy
Angel
Burn Notice
Justified
Boardwalk Empire
Deadwood

I did not list them in order, except for the first 2.

Yes, really. I love the dialogue. But I'm told the first step toward recovery is admitting a problem, so perhaps there is hope.

And you can add to the list Top Shot, Ice Road Truckers and anything on the Food Channel, the best place on TV. :tu:

No that's fine really, whatever makes you happy. You should really come the whole hog though and wear some cut of jean shorts, tie a knot in your Tshirt and insist on being called Biscuit.

I would have to raid your closet to pull it off, and I prefer to leave your wardrobe to you, Biscuit. ;)

A decent one is Rescue Me, with Denis Leary - when it is brilliant it is one of the best things on TV, but it's not always brilliant. 7th and final series begins in the US tonight.

They should have stopped making that around the 4th/5th series really.

Peep show started well, but tailed off rather badly towards the final couple of series'.

I've seen snippets of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and I must say I did enjoy it a lot. I'm just working my way through 'Oz' at the moment, and I'm almost at the end of the 4th season, terrific thus far.

But once it's done, I've plenty to consider, cheers for these recommendations!
