I'm no kid and I think your latest arguments for not returning are bogus, There's nothing wrong with choosing not to go to a football game if you just don't fancy it or have something better to do, but these excuses being given by you and others are just getting lamer and lamer.

Also, you say you don't give a stuff yet your constantly jumping down the throat of anybody that says anything positive on here!

I can still give a stuff about the club without the need to attend games. It is opinions like yours on my non-attendance that I don't give a stuff about.

It was an ill-conceived flop which mercifully died a death of disinterest and scorn

It's been quite a relief not having to listen to three weeks of the usual sound bites from Mullan, Taylor, Straw, Fish, etc while people argue the toss and having to listen to them claim some form of triumph if the gate is 1500 up on last week, not beyond the bounds of after a decent run with a couple of new signings

As is the case on every other Saturday I'm able, I will make my way with my young daughter to Ewood, carrying out our regular routine hoping that she carries on the family tradition of supporting her dad's/Grandad's/late great-grandad's home town team regardless of who owns them, manages them or what division they are in

If that is all I can put forward when Premier-League-is-the-be-all-and-end-all obsessed BRAG post-1992 glory boys ask me "what did you do to get rid of Kean/Venkys" then I'm rather proud of that

That is one great post!

Why are people conceited enough to think that those who don't go anymore or support Brag appeared after 1992?

I know plenty of Rovers fans who were there in the 70's and 80' but actually stopped going during the Kenny era. Peoples lives and priorities change but none of them really ever stopped being Rovers fans.

There's one thing I can make a connection with and it's a shame if you are subtly using such a word.

I'd like to see you type it though.

I'd stop thinking if that's the best you can come up with.

I think I gave you too much credit.

Guest Norbert

Oh well it was a nice try, but all the bitches, backbiters and Wayne Upmans are more content to p_ss and moan about this organistation, or that poster. For goodness sake, will you people just stop trying to score points like Jeremy Kyle guests, stop the insults and just agree to support the team and be happy with any good result? Or try to think about how to improve the future of the club?

I honestly wonder why many here bother identifying themselves as Rovers fans since you all seem to detest each other, want to put each other down, and carry grudges. Let's just agree to disagree about X, Y, and Z, stop the nonsense and focus our energies on the team rather than trying to divide the fans.

Now watch this post get slated as I'm a relatively new poster, a southerner, and have dared to challenge the status quo on this site.

You're right, the 'tremblers' should just pipe down and put up with the insults. How dare they defend themselves. Keans.

The best of 2013. You just wrote it.

Whilst I've no problem with meadows' opinion, if having a pop at other fans (from whichever vantage point) is 'post of the year' then standards have really slipped...

...in the readership that is.

Up on last week at least but I think there will be a natural rise now we are winning and look like having a real manager (at the moment at least)

I think there's something in this. A sustained period of good results and some will drift back.

It'll be very interesting if we do make the play-off final. Wonder how many will suddenly want tickets?

The very essence meadows well said.Thats what we are all trying to protect and Venkys tenure does threaten that so we do have to have our eyes open as to whats going on and certainly react to the threat but agree we don't need BRAG telling us how to deal with it.

Well, most will, I would have thought.

For the fan who has to pick and choose what matches they go to, a trip to Wembley for a big game is quite a bit more attractive than Barnsley at home on a wet Tuesday evening.

And there's you whose every post is a wind-up, who never stops asking "how many members have BRAG got" and pollutes every thread with it. You've changed your name but that's all you've changed. Miserable get.
