  1. Waggot or maggot should resign, he's responsible, after the previous failure if he hadn't ensured robust procedure's were put in place then he takes responsibility. The crowd and supporters should express that too him.
  2. Buckley was starting, our midfield looked much better. I will agree that Wharton looks a real prospect so should be playing. Our manager seemed to have found confidence in Buckley so was willing to play him and doesn't in Wharton, that's why I said losing Buckley has hurt us.
  3. Well it has to be said, the loss of Buckley has hurt us badly. Simply much further ahead in his development than Morton, better defensively and much better going forwards both carrying the ball and seeing a pass. Certainly in the form he was in. Travis played better alongside him. Wharton should be starting rather than Morton and Leonard needs more game time, both our two striker's haven't done enough to even be starting recently. At least the youngsters will get more experience. For me Dack a few years ago was streets ahead of both our strikers, even now I'd trust he to put away a chance if we can get him into scoring position's when he's fit. The team that finished against Huddersfield should have started tonight.
  4. Definitely available on sky red button if anyone can't get to match
  5. Sadly that will increase substantially, a large proportion of the 10,000 positive will have very recently been infected. People don't immediately die, so probably in a week's time the numbers sadly dieing will increase, as is now happening in Italy.. As a country we missed the chance to really reduce the numbers through being far to slow to react, if we had followed Singapore's example we may been more effective. Our medical experts are basically accepting that vast numbers are going to contract the virus now, it's just about pushing the peak into the summer months. The government's refusal to increase statutory sick pay has probably meant too many won't or can't afford to self isolate. They are basing the success of restricting the out break on people self isolating. I suspect not enough people will. We can't completely blame government there are too many companies that don't pay sick pay either. I'm not being political just realistic.
  6. The issue with Gallagher is not that he is a OK striker but whether he offers a good improvement on what we have. We already have 5 strikers unless we are looking at selling one of them. The reality is we desperately need central defenders and a decent keeper which I would rather see the money we are supposedly spending on Gallagher going towards.
  7. I don't ever post on here anymore. This game was to be honest one of the most bizarre I have seen To give some perspective, I was sat with wba season ticket holders. So interesting to listen to their opinions during the game. When I saw our team sheet have to say pretty puzzled. Wba team are being encouraged at all times to play it from the back. Really only Dawson looks that comfortable doing so. You could see their goalkeeper desperate to decide which defender to distribute to. At times it took him ages to make his mind up. Where Mowbray got it very right is in flooding our midfield, making it very difficult for the wba defence to move it forward. So playing a false number 9 did make sense. I think in different circumstances we would have won the game with those tactics. Unfortunately I think not being able to play two genuine center backs cost us. Mowbray definitely should have got another one during summer. No point in me going on about who played well for us, as been mentioned loads already. I do want to see Rodwell in the middle with Reed. So thought Mowbray tactics quite clever, just a pity he didn't get the defender's we really need. The same tactics with slightly different personnel would have won us the game.
