Blackburn Rovers vs Brentford (1-0) - Match Review - 2018/19
Blackburn Rovers picking up a massive 1-0 victory of high flyers Brentford.
Despite hitting the woodwork twice Brentford could not taking anything from this match. Rovers had limited opportunities in front of goal, as their creative line has been hit with injuries this past week got their noses in front thanks to a goal from loan signing Kasey Palmer.
Rovers pressed their opponents throughout the 90 minutes with players such as Elliott Bennett, Corry Evans and new signing Joe Rothwell working tirelessly.
As mentioned earlier, Rovers lacked key players in this match with Bradley Dack and Adam Armstrong missing the match through injury.
Next up Lincoln in the cup and Bristol City on the road.
Later on the channel a more detailed review of the match including words from the gaffa and fan input.
In this video we hear from the gaffa Tony Mowbray on the result. Plus some match analysis and much more.
