  1. Past hour
  2. Damien Heta dumped out by Gilding earlier. Becoming a blood bath for the fancied players. Is Blackburn's Bradley Brooks playing? Heard Paul Nicholson mention him on Talksport yesterday.
  3. It’s no more ridiculous us β€˜bitching’ about Dolan than it is you saying tronstad isn’t a good player
  4. Until such time as we land a better option than Dolan to play at RW I really dont know why certain people are bitching about a perceived lack of options that may or may not be available to him.
  5. So according to you nobody wants Dolan. Yet he won't entertain signing another contract here. Why? Surely if he hasn't had any decent offers elsewhere he would have been more inclined to reopen talks or sign a contract with us? He will 100% have offers like
  6. If it was posted about on Twitter the other day then surprised you two, or anyone else on this MB, didn't comment about it on here given the stuff about poor pre season planning!?
  7. You are too intransigent to acknowledge that although JDT may have chosen one over the other, the fact he offered to resign because the project changed tells us he wasn’t happy with the quality we were bringing in. You can’t honestly believe that he wanted attackers all summer and in the last few hours of the transfer window he thought β€œThank god Greg has found this guy from German regional leagues. He’s the kind of player I wanted”.
  8. He's not on a free unless he moves abroad (well, even then there is compo but it's fairly mininal). Where there is usually less money for wages.
  9. yes i know that,i don`t need you to inform me what i already am aware of
  10. Dolan has told Rovers through his agent he isn't coming back to Rovers as Ismael confirmed post match Stanley game
  11. he has been without a club for 21 days now plus he would have know for months he wasn't renewing here so why hadn't he had something line up like BBD did. You don't know what contract offer we put to him but I do think he would have been better staying here and being a key player for this squad for Ismael but he decide to walk away and now he has owned that decision.
  12. dolan isn`t going to change his mind and come back here, time to put a line through him, hard working player but imo not as important as brittain, travis and sonny, who we really do need to keep hold of
  13. He may not have had a move lined up specifically. Seemingly just deemed that whatever pathetic offer we put his way was not sufficient, as is often the case with the contracts we offer. Doesnt suggest anything about how many offers he has had. No one could possibly know.
  14. see the comments you reply would tell yourself the answer. The fact he doesn't a club right now would show you he didn't have many offers and other factors perhaps. The fact remain he is 21 days without a club and it appears from the outside to have very little offers on the table
  15. The Turkish clubs president statement would suggest it. He saying he wants a prem move and he wants 20k ish per week (could well be miscommunication). So taking that a fave value is why I’m saying about their own high opinion
  16. no club for Dolan would suggest nothing was line up and he hasn't had many offers. Look at the Turkish club chairman about his wage demands
  17. fair enough. I think another 3 signings and without any first team squad leaving, if any do, they need replacing
  18. The issue for a couple of years now is that the staff that process you at the airport (usually they are not airline staff) don't understand the rules themselves.
  19. Today
  20. But again, what is there to suggest that him and his agent have such a high opinion of themselves? Derby would be a sideways move on more reasonable money but I wonder if the links are just people putting 2 and 2 together.
  21. and he still have the final decision on who we signed as GB said in his second to last interview when he stated that it was JDT call whether to sign Telalovic or the 31 year old loan La Liga striker. " Gregg Broughton explains mystery Blackburn Rovers medical | Lancashire Telegraph Yes I know the project changed in the summer 2023 thanks and JDT offered to resigned which looking back maybe we should have accept given what we now know about the JDT situation and certain things around it. all in the past and nothing to do with the Everton friendly
  22. Windass won't because he's 31. Irrespective of the age, I would still want a Windass in my team than a Dolan.
  23. How do you know he doesnt have offers from Championship clubs?Just because he hasn't committed to anyone doesn't mean he hasnt had offers?
  24. The game is about money I’m speaking merely on his ability and the ability he/agent think of themselves he could get paid more at Derby but it would be a backwards move time will tell like I said I had that gut feeling in 2023 and nothing has changed my mind since
  25. what long term contract offers from where or whom? what options or offers have Dolan got? He has been out of contract for the last 21 days and still no club signing and he has told Rovers he won't be signing a new contract here. Given that Championship clubs have been in pre season for 3/4 weeks and having/gone on pre season training camp yet Dolan doesn't appear to have any offers UK based. So what is the issue and why aren't Championship clubs looking to sign him? Also given he and his agent would have know for months he was leaving here so surely he had suitors then?
  26. NEC Nijmegen was the club
  27. He was proactive in contract negotiations but he wasnt in control of the money. He is a solid Championship player, and I suspect will earn a wage corresponding to that level going forward, either in the Championship or abroad. He wouldnt have been here.
