  1. Past hour
  2. Did notice this too carrying some timber
  3. I'd say Cantwell is Vocal and visibly so
  4. It was weird, sometimes tried then sometimes didnt. Both him and Tavares were wandering about trying to conserve energy despite coming on for the end of the game. How hard can it be just to look lively? Other end of the spectrum Ohashis engine is genuinely awe inspiring. Once he hangs up his football boots he should see of he can get in the Japanese olympic marathon team.
  5. My arse 13,000 🤣🤣🤣 where do they pull these figures from??? Best not ask...
  6. Another hugely disappointing end to a game so soon after Saturday but I really take heart from those two when we had done enough to win in both. I thought tonight was the best we have played at home this season and for a change we started on the front foot and played like a home team should. The big talking point was the potential sending off of the Ipswich number 5. For me it was a straight forward decision and they should have been down to ten. Davies is never going to get across to challenge Morishita and probably the weakest referee I have seen for some time for some unfathomable reason didn't see it that way. We took the lead deservedly and made a few changes which upset our rhythm a bit but we still should have seen the game out. I haven't seen their goal again so I'm not sure if anyone was at fault. It was a sickening end but I think there were lots of positives and if we can win in Saturday and Tuesday then eight points from four games is a decent return. I liked the huddle from the players and staff at the end and hopefully we turn these last two sickening ends to the games into a siege mentality.
  7. Forshaw and Hedges were both knackered. Baradji did well and knows how to press and Tavares was our only option for that role. Fresh legs needed in January.
  8. The bias bas-ard did score for them, by not producing a certain red card.
  9. mahkter looks like he`s about 2 stone over weight
  10. Which bit of Gueyes lack of effort was it? The inability to win a header? The clumsy jumping or not jumping in some instances? The jogging about offside like it was a Sunday? Or perhaps the unawareness to latch on and run on to a perfectly swept in ball? Seen enough, was fun while it lasted. Adios.
  11. Gueye looked like he was trying to make some sort of point when he came on, just jogging about. Infuriating
  12. a bizarre substitution, bringing sidnei on (he`s as much use as a one armed plasterer)and poor game management has done us again, dafts subs aside i think we really do lack leadership, travis is a big miss in that dept,he never stopped talking and directing
  13. Blackburn Rovers 1 Ismael 1, we're all over them 1-0 up and the useless wa-ker makes 3 changes. Not forgetting the straight red, last man brings him down, laws of the game red card. Great performance from Rovers, until Ismael threw it away with 3 changes.
  14. Forshaw, standing ovation for many. We know he's not all star, but solid, stuck to task. Fair play.
  15. Horrendous performance from most of the subs again. Gueye’s complete lack of effort in game after game means he should never play for us, ever. Tavares looks nowhere near a professional footballer but at least managed to fall over in a good spot. De Neve is easier to forgive as he puts in the effort, he’s just not very good. Baradji is ok, could be decent for us, and good to see Cantwell back obviously.
  16. As for this back 3 bollox. It never works for us, stop it.
  17. Jeez Ismael is such a dud of a manager in every way. I'm sure we'll stay up but that's it.
  18. Same old every game. Rarely score more than 1 so every opposition team knows never to give up. Same subs at same time even though its failed almost every time. Any other manager would have carried on as we were or shored up the defence. Not us. We should be looking up at a Play-Off position after these last 2 games when we were in control for 99% of the games. Instead we are looking down. Gut wrenching.
  19. Might as well blame Cantwell if you're pointing fingers at de Neve. We invited the pressure and looked nervous but still gutting. We look like a team capable of staying up, but injuries can continue to pile on and there are suspensions, poor run of form (this isn't it) etc. Really wanted to beat McKenna and his team tonight!
  20. I believe it’s @Herbie6590 on Twitter that we need to thank for trawling the (not so) recent archives, but it’s 2020 - Adam Armstrong against Rotherham.
  21. Bobby “ Boris “ Pickett And The Crypt Kickers - Monster Mash
  22. The problems really start when the players that are supposed to come on and see games out are now starting matches, and our bench aren't qualified for the job. I'm sure Rovers are working tirelessly on getting rid of Gueye in January to bring a new striker in. We also need a RWB if Alebiosu leaves for AFCON, and definitely a central defender. Wouldn't mind a winger either.
  23. Any deals they do have to be careful not to undercut the cost per game of ST holders, therefore when it's a discount across multiple games the savings aren't dramatic. All goes back to the issue of ST prices.
  24. We’re 8th in the ‘before injury time’ table. I think we’ve found a new way of avoiding the play offs. By doing so we’re risking the drop into League One.
