  1. Past hour
  2. Judging by this, sounds perfect 😄 One to avoid chaddy I think
  3. Lets see what we do in January. bringing back O'Riordan is a sensible move for me. Selling Gueye and bringing in a replacement is a sensible move. Looking for Tronstad's replacement in January is a sensible move. You not agree? What if we sign Mads Andersen from Luton as experience centre back would you approve of that one?
  4. FIFA. Infantino. Blatter. Corruption. Who'da thunk it?
  5. Hmm, even last season I felt like he was way below the standard required. He can't even shoot properly and he's meant to be a striker. I'd have taken a healthy Leonard over Gueye.
  6. Presuming this won't be played inbetween the Portsmouth and Milwall game this side of Christmas, it seems like the next free midweek is w/c 26th January, or failing that w/c 2nd February. Although there are no games scheduled w/c 5th & 12th January I believe clubs have to keep both free incase TV wants to show there club in the FA Cup on either the Thursday or the following Monday night that weekend.
  7. As with the Ipswich one the order will come from above to cover costs so including Weds fans there'll be about 3 thousand who'll actually 'buy' tickets. Free entry for all won't even come into it they'll think well the turnout will be more of less the same overall if we charge something or not.
  8. It didn’t get stuck, Lewis Miller is just a very bad footballer
  9. There’s nobody left for any sort of action
  10. You speak as if the primary focus of recruitment is giving us what we need. They wouldnt have let Hyam go without replacement if it was. At best, we will sign some sub par crap from a low foreign league. The problem is, you became so obsessed with Gallagher and your dislike grew so unhealthily strong of him that you have struggled to just judge what is his replacement as just a seperate player. What about Gueye would be serviceable? Even the stuff youd expect him to be good at, hes not.
  11. The referee went down the tunnel as he knew what was coming. At the point of postponement against Ipswich the conditions were significantly worse. The minute the referee saw the ball being held by water he was pulling it as he knew the outcome. We’ve made a rod for our own back by having a pitch with inadequate drainage and until it is sorted properly will come back to haunt us time and again. Precedent has been set and upheld so teams know of its pissing down and you’re losing at Ewood find the wet patches
  12. You still have to get rid of the water, and it would be no good against the rain during the game. The drainage system needs to be upgraded and be fully functional. The club needs to bite the bullet and cure the problem
  13. Recouped a fair bit in fees as well but yep, everyone thought their recruitment was a masterstroke at the time and the rest of the League might as well not bother turning up for the next 10 years. As for Salah he's got some front. Has absolutely stunk the place out with his performances this season, was deservedly dropped to the bench and has the nerve to blame the Club. What a way to ruin a legacy. Id imagine Liverpool gave him a new deal safe in the knowledge that the Saudi's would always still want him as the poster boy for their League if things went tits up at their end.
  14. Today
  15. I think moving forward if it is raining and the ball shows any sign of impaired movement on the surface of the pitch the match referee is going to be heading for the tunnel in the full knowledge it's not going to improve.
  16. How is my opinion different to others when we said yesterday's pitch conditions were unplayable? It is. The Ipswich game abandonment was later in the game then this one
  17. No I dont need the videos. I was there and can remember it thanks all the same thanks
  18. 18 years old centre back Leoni? I would gone for Van Hecke or Konsa if Ive been at Liverpool. Also I wouldn't have sold Quansah either.
  19. I think he could be serviceable under a different manager. Has looked terrible this season getting ten minutes here and there but last season he looked a lot better than Gallagher. That's the lowest of bars mind.
  20. Why do you always have the opposite opinion of everyone else🤣 You're opinion is completely your own i just find it hilarious fair play for standing by your opinion but it is funny lol
  21. How about covering the Ewood pitch with giant polythene sheets, can't cost a million. Just an idea.
  22. Played as the deep laying midfielder, may need recalling given Tronstad & Forshaw injures
  23. I completely agree that had yesterday got to 77 minutes like the Ipswich game it would have been even worse. The rain was incessant for the next hour or two. But you clearly do need the video as, at the point of abandonment, the amount of surface water visible against Ipswich and coming up from the movement of the ball was worse than yesterday. You can say “yeah but it’s my opinion”, but the amount of surface water is factual rather than opinion and the pictures prove you are wrong. https://youtu.be/LnVSeY2pkgI?si=kK1sugS3B8kic4SU
  24. I think it's better we play all our games in away soil. We would probably smash the league then 😁
  25. I'd like the two afternoons back I've spent travelling to and watching two games get abandoned please. What's the monetary value of that?
  26. I can't actually believe that whatever is shown in the photo is what Lynsey Talbot was referring to in the FF. Surely not even this lot would have the front to pass that off as any form of permanent solution?
