These last minute goals are going to send us to League 1, and we will never return. Time to start bringing in huge fines for any goals conceded 90+ minutes.

We concede so many late goals. We are weak mentally, poorly organised and cannot concentrate for 90 mins. That's what our level of investment and our dud of a manager gets you. Magical substitutions again from Val, is he drawing lots in the dugout to decide who, where and when? Why have we taken off the only player capable of scoring, again? Did absolutely f-all and then was trying to "gee up" the Blackburn end when it was still 1-0, he wouldn't get in a league one side. Referee wasn't great so that will be Val's ready made excuse. The starting eleven is just about good enough for this level (just!), but the rest of the squad is dogger. Sick of watching away fans celebrating at Ewood every home game. We shouldn’t let Miller off the hook either. It was his horrendous kick up field to their player which started the move for the equaliser. All he had to do was whack it in row z or find a teammate.

I’m fuming but I did say ‘the most inevitable defeat’ and we got a point, which obviously should be 3, but that’s 4 points off the bottom 3 with a few teams between us. Think we’ll be ok but we desperately need a routine win at weekend now Positives tonight in that Pratt looks right at home, Andri continues to score, Cantwell back on the pitch De Neve and the manager the big negatives

Is it just the 7 points? I can think of 7 points from 4 goals. 2 v Birmingham 3 points 1 v Wrexham 2 points 1 v Ipswich 2 points.

I was meaning his subs, when he signed for Rovers his previous clubs fans said he was atrocious with subs. I recall on a Watford forum someone saying, you're playing well then he subs on 3 players at 60 minutes, with no thought given to the quality or position of said players, and then you have 30+ minutes of defending attack after attack when he's fucked up the gameplan.

As a defender you never want to run towards your own goal with the long ball over the top. But we invited pressure on ourselves and with our recent history of conceding late it's getting increasingly tough to ride the pressure off. Some really good performances have turned into heartbreak this season, but when you look at tonight's game how many times did we really threaten Walton? Ipswich looked as comfortable as we did against QPR; shit all night but not too troubled. Positive that we're looking a lot better on set-pieces. Need to sign bodies in January.

Ipswich were so poor that we should have been at least two or three up. Whilst I agree the ref was an absolute disgrace tonight, with a better team we simply aren't going into injury time needing to once again cling on to victory. What we're seeing is a curse - the Venky curse.

We have two actual left backs on the bench though! Why are they even in the matchday squad if they’re not going to be used in this exact scenario! If you’re going to drop someone in for the last 10 minutes for Hedges it goes Pickering, Ribiero, a random bloke in the Jack Walker, then De Neve. As others have said, it’s like they’re trying to justify the transfer policy by only playing Gestede players. EDIT: Pickering not even in the squad, point still stands re: Ribiero

Ipswich are the luckiest side to have come to Ewood in a long time. Outplayed and losing the initial game; rage quit and rematch. Outplayed and should have been down to 10 men in the rematch; equaliser with the last kick. Standard of officiating was beyond horrible, even by EFL standards. They were really poor and won't be anywhere the top 6 come May. As for us, we need to learn how to see games out. 4 points dropped in 3 days due to last-gasp equalisers.

Just seen the replay of that last minute. We get the corner , get 3 men round the ball and Gueye plays it off one of theirs for another corner. Ref gives a goal kick and the rest we know. What with the red card and that last minute fiasco you just wonder if we are cursed somehow this season

That wasn't luck, it was the arrogant prick in the dugout thinking that repeating the same mistake over and over will somehow yield a positive result.

We’re not blessed with options, I’ll give Ismael that, but for the love of God, STOP bringing on Gueye and De Neve. They’re a pair of useless, lazy tossers who perform terribly every single time they take to the pitch. It’s hardly bloody rocket science to see that they’re having a negative impact week in week out.

But all that is unknown, we may not have scored against ten men. What we do know is we were 1-0 up going into injury time and conceded again, that’s on us. Control the controllables!

He doesn't set us up well defensively. Everyone cuts us to ribbons on the counter. I'm amazed he's an ex-CB.

We're lucky to score one goal a game, concede late goals for fun and can't win at home. I'm not sure why you wouldn't include us in that conversation.

I’d find a lot of value in betting on us going down with this many late conceded goals, if I was a masochist

I think we'll just about scrape by, but we're bloody unlucky at times, get nothing from the refs and clearly only have about a 15 man squad.
