Flopsy
It will be even more lopsided refereeing tonightcos the FA simply MUST have at least one big market team in the final. 377833 Its the FOOTBALL LEAGUE Cup - not the FA Cup. Other than that spot on. And so is Rev

FourLaneBlue
No, it's run by The Football league. No doubt they'd have been hoping for a Man U-Arsenal final though... Edited January 25, 2006 by FourLaneBlue

ihateburnley
Last time we reached the final against Spurs they actually stated that the game was not interesting enough and if two bigger clubs such as Liverpool, Man U were playing they would air it. Buttheads or what? First things first though, we have tonight to get through. It will be even more lopsided refereeing tonightcos the FA simply MUST have at least one big market team in the final. You'll see. 377833 If I remember rightly USA, our final against Spurs got the record viewing figures for a televised League Cup Final. Having said that, anyone would have tuned in to see our 'Brazilesque' team what with the likes of Stig Inge Bjornebye and Martin Taylor strutting their stuff! Although last year's League Cup Final between Liverpool & Chelsea wasn't too bad. Here's hoping we upset the media and get to the final
