The incident is now subject to a Police investigation.

The Police are appealing for anyone who has any information about the trouble or the infiltration of the CIS stand to come foward.

Richard Prew, defending, said when the tickets were purchased Hilton wasn't aware exactly where they were for.

"For the vast majority of the game he sat quite peaceably," said Mr Prew."

"There was little worth watching on the pitch and he and his friends decided to leave.

Ten minutes early, I'll bet...

Not being funny but if you are going to buy tickets to an away game, you make sure you know exactly where you are...

Maybe they didn't buy them! Could have mugged a few Rovers fans outside the ground and pinched their tickets? :lol:

That`s just 'lawyer talk'.

Ofcourse they knew where they were, they came to cause trouble.

Any solicitor would tell a judge that their 'client' got involved in a situation totally out of their control.

...after all ,they`re professional liars. :)
