Stuart
After reading that article I can understand what they are trying to do but it's just such a mouthful. Are the Sky pundits supposed to welcome viewers to sportsdirectdotcomatsaintjamesparknewcastle? I guess in future season's they'll give other companies the platform to be "@ St. James' Park". Wonder what would be the most appropriate product... "@ St. James' Park" Kleenex - for the tears Andrex - for the obvious ...?

Tris
How on earth has this been allowed to happen?? Newcastle renew sponsorship deal with taxpayer's bank Northern Rock until 2014, worth up to 10 million quid We should ask the Bank of England, they seem to have a bit of cash ... or perhaps the Child Support Agency or the Cones Hotline

broadsword
If NUFC went bust, the Govt would probably bail them out anyway, as being essential to the NE economy. (Labour heartland and all that.)
