Is there any way you can edit the kits on Pro Evo 6 for PSP?

With Pro Evo 08 coming out for PSP at the end of Jan... does anybody know, or know a site where I can find out if you will be able to edit kits on the PSP version of 08...?

You couldn't edit kits on Pro Evo 6 but from a preview that I read it said that the new PSP version will have a full edit mode and also some exclusive game modes which are suited to the PSP.
