Sir Ranulf Westwood
I'm sure when BFS took over many of you rovers fans were worried about the style of football rovers would end up playing. As we all now know that BFS's main tactic is to hoof it up to Samba, what are your thoughts on this? For me Samba has had an excellent time being the target man to receive rover's giant hoofs upfront, I'd say other than that league two midfielder Ince bought in, that you were all so against, he's been your best player. Before someone else points it out I know your other best player just won the double in Greece.

Anti-Dingle-Brigade
There is already a thread for Samba. And for Big Sam, if you were more fussed about the hoofing. Anyway, I can take hoofing if it keeps us up. You do realise that Samba was only up front through necessity?

Derbyshire is an ok player but not good enough to be starting for Rovers.

Sir Ranulf Westwood
Dingle go away! Come on it's a decent point even if it's not to your liking. I could have phrased it slightly less annoyingly but where woudl be the fun in that? gaz don't rise to the bait, they've only ever seen 'ok' players.... and plenty worse. Don't be silly, what about Andy Payton? World class mate.
gazsimm
But good enough for England under 21's? he might be yes, but he is not good enough to start week in week out in the prem league yet, but no doubt you won't know that since you have been watching championship football for a few years now!! Come on it's a decent point even if it's not to your liking. I could have phrased it slightly less annoyingly but where woudl be the fun in that? Don't be silly, what about Andy Payton? Maybe his pivitol role in winning the double in a tough foriegn league will help his prospetcs? Of course I may be wrong and hoofing it up front to Samba is the better option?
