[Archived] Does Capello Not Like Rovers For One Reason Or Another?

Easily the worst performance under Capello, with not a hint of creativity other than Milner. People on here still think Dunn is not good enough to play with this lot?

The result is also not good because if Portugal beat Bosnia, it looks like England will not be seeded for the World Cup groups.

Dunno who will be going to SA this summer but Jenas and Brown should be nowhere near the plane. Neither have ever been any good and if they had played for smaller clubs they would not even have been considered for England. Jenas in particular is a wash out and imo possesses no desire or determination.

Given the heat and situation Capello has lost a lot of credibility imo by not using more subs and much earlier. He was allowed 6 for goodness sake.

Only Barry and Foster came out of this with any credit imo. Praise too too for Crouch's endeavours to change the game and Milner for keeping plugging away.

I think you're being too kind and too cruel in equal measure to these guys.

The Brazilians are just physically fitter and stronger BEFORE we begin to talk about their added skill levels.

No one in this country seems to respect the physical advantage that many a Brazilian has, a bit like the Germans.
