Rover Down Under
Sounds like a cracking game so far.... We're playing some exquisite football at times, Fulham look absolutely terrified of us.

Iceman
Dembele allowed to run unchallenged, why is this not addressed by Sam and his staff?

RibbleValleyRover
Soccer Saturday said that it shouldn't have been given, Diouf took out Schwarzer.
yankrover
That sure wasn't pretty. Haha. I'll take it, though.
MarkBRFC71
Another keeping howler? Thought it was a foul from the Blackburn End but hey, I'll take it! Maybe we used our transfer funds to bung the opposition keepers?
yankrover
Soccer Saturday said that it shouldn't have been given, Diouf took out Schwarzer. To be fair, they're probably right.
budha
I would be furious had a Fulham player clattered Robbo at the other end like E. Diouf did Schwarzer, but.. I'll take it.

Iceman
Why are people questioning the goal? Yes it was probably a foul, but how many times, have we been on the end of dodgy decisions? Perhaps this season, our luck will improve, and things will swing in our favour.
texasrover
looked like he barely touched him to me. schwarzer saw him coming, diouf touched his arm, and all of a sudden the arms go up and schwarzer is dramatically flailing to the ground. if it was samba that touched him, it might have looked a little bit more believable.. Andy
Absolutely. Think how many times decisions go against us, so I'll happily take this one We are playing some cracking stuff today and everyone is doing well. Kalinic's hold up and link up play has been exceptional and Mame Diouf looks sharp. Almost put a bet on before the game - Samba to score first, Rovers to win at HT and FT, but decided not to in the end
Miker
Ok having watched Kalinic in all the games so far this season, I have got to say... he is a brilliant frontman. This lad is going to go far and will have a blistering season. He's been doing a really impressive job of receiving the ball, holding it up and bringing the other players (in particular the Dioufs) into play. Bobby G
Half time whistle at the best time cause Fulham were beginning to dominate possession and were looking lively too. Overall a good performance by us. Schwarzer should have been sent off in the first few minutes for deliberate hand-ball outside the 18 yard box, but it evened itself out cause Diouf barged him on the goal. Speaking about El Hadji, he looks like a different player to the tripe out there last season.
Mr. E
phew. We had to hang on a bit there at the end, but a deserved lead, as we dominated the game entirely before our goal. Which Samba did very well to score - MON again so far, though Robbo pulled out a really great save too. I really think we need to bring on Olsson though and play the ball a bit more on the ground. MarkBRFC71
Rovers deserve to be leading, without anyone in particular standing out. Fulham increasingly coming into it toward the end if the half - Dembele looks good, Murphy starting to become more influential.
budha
I really think we need to bring on Olsson though and play the ball a bit more on the ground. Unfortunately he's not on the bench.

budha
E. Diouf's bumb into Schwarzer didn't look as bad on the big telly than on my 10" laptop screen. Hardly a foul.
philipl
Great pace and pressure from Rovers. Ewood looks empty, goal dodgy but Kalinic looks sheer class.
MarkBRFC71
Usual tactics. Goal up - sit back - invite pressure. Fulham on top at the mo. EDIT: 1-1. Been coming since we scored, thanks to the tactical acumen of Real Madrid's next manager.
