cletus
The big question is, would Venky the Chicken be halal? If so, i fear the EDL will have protests outside Ewood.

Billy Castell
Now, a mascot dressed up as John Williams ? that would be quite popular ! Good idea. He can have a special Rovers shirt with a Gaviscon sponsor too.
Plastic Head
Don't know about mascots but I think it's time someone blew themselves up in a coffin on the centre spot again. (One for the older readers)
Dan
Anyone remember that Martin O'neil mascot Leicester City had? It was at Ewood once, it was quite scary.

(One for the older readers) Please explain this for the youngsters and me. Sounds very odd.
Plastic Head
Please explain this for the youngsters and me. Sounds very odd. I think it was against Southampton in the FA Cup about 1984. As pre-match entertainment, a bloke got in a coffin on the centre spot and it blew up. Went with a right bang as well and left bit scorch marks on the pitch. The coffin was then carried off the pitch and the bloke was never to be seen again. Like some some sort of Rovers supporting suicide bomber I suppose. Someone else must remember surely...or was it the ale?
