Kelbo
Arsenal will put out a strong team, this is their only chance of a trophy. I dont think Wenger will play Wilshere, thank god for that, he is one hell of a player, may rest Walcott too but Arsenal will still be too strong for us!! Plastics
We can rest Rhodes if his nose is playing up. After all, he's not on his goalscoring streak any more, unless we can give him Dann's goal since there's no committee to decide. It looked dubious from where I was listening. Clitherover
after seeing that team, I'm glad you're not the manager. Strongest side possible to be played. Not sure I completely agree with that, I think the Hull game three days later is much more important than the FA Cup. Although if we put out a weakened side Arsenal will surely punish us, tough call for Appleton.
Plastics
I can live with whatever happens. Hoping for no injuries and suspensions and would rather not have a replay. But to hold or beat Arsenal is a great achievement of course and I would not be sad if it happened. Obvious positives being we will be able to concentrate on the play off push if we get beaten, even thrashed.

Wouldn't have an issue with that provided it was all done to get us to Hull fresher than them as they play charlton on saturday.

Al
I'm going and whilst I expect a defeat, I also expected a defeat at Anfield in Jan 2000: http://leningrad62.narod.ru/History/1990-99/1999-00/Fa/99-0-4fa.html How the hell did we keep a clean sheet with Dailly and Peacock at centre half? Duffy
Though I think we'll probably lose this one, I don't think it's going to be as easy for Arsenal as last season - we seem to have toughened up a bit defence wise and look much more organised. A draw is at the absolute best what we can get in my opinion (and I'd be delighted with that) but I'm going for a 3-1 defeat.
joey_big_nose
We've already had better players since Gazza. Agreed. At least three - Rooney, Scholes, Shearer - are better in my opinion for England and club. It is also very hard to argue that Gazza - while more eyecatching - was anywhere near as effective as Gerrard or Lampard in a club shirt. Great player, but didn't really live up to his potential. Also to the above poster - agree that Wilshire is fabulous. He looks like he could compete with any of the Spanish lads on the technique front.
