I was there at the Guild Hall too Aggy. My recollection that we had front row seats but I could be mixing that up with another gig - there were a lot then. Clearly not as big a fan as you but undoubtedly Bowie was an icon.

Bowies newly released final video Lazarus, brilliantly bonkers right till the end

He recorded and filmed his epitaph watching that video. I have not really been a fan of his but that is the work of a genius.

I see that one picture they call Bowie's last but on this other page, there are ones where he looks good if this was just two days before his passing put up at his website.

These photos caused quite a ruck on social media, but according to his family they were indeed taken on his birthday, a mere 2 days before he died. Probably just before the double morphine injection (and if that was the case, who can blame him?)
