Any more to add..?

Why would Chris Hughton come, and would a current member of Mowbrays staff with no managerial experience be an upgrade?

You look at Brentford, Norwich, Swansea, Barnsley, Reading, there are managers out there aside from the ones we are aware of, especially across Europe, that we on here are unaware of that could progress us.

If we do go down the experienced route with someone like Pearson then great, similar to Forest, Cardiff, Boro etc, get someone with a track record. People like Monk or even nostalgic picks like Hughes, would they be an upgrade on what we see at the moment, maybe, but they would be unlikely to get us promoted.

We dont know how much Damien Johnson has an impact on the team. Him with good number 2 maybe.

Would we even look overseas or just HSH clients?

Hughes with Mark Bowen number 2?

Would Haughton come for money? I’m not sure. A better squad?

I think theres something in DJ - but it would be a risk I admit.

Take that in a heart beat but you have to wonder if Hughes is still up to it as apart from City and Stoke he failed miserably. Has a lot to prove though and still relatively young.
