So let me get this straight.

On the final Saturday before we kick off with a home fixture (in the middle of the holiday season too), the club shop - that has just put on sale two well received new shirts, AND also doubles up as the ticket office (with the club scrambling to sell even a semi-respectable number of STs) was shut?

Let’s face it, we are a million miles away from a competitive Championship set up in every department.

I reckon they shut to save themselves the embarrassment of having to tell people that they've not got any stock left of the new shirts. Just have a look on the Roverstore website, there's barely anything left in the adult sizes (home or away)! probably be another 6 months before they get any more in! Shambolic!

Are the changing rooms shut all the time or was it just a one off on that day?

I am a medium in the previous 2 seasons so expecting I’d need large but you never know….anyone in M in Umbro last year and need L for the same fit in the Macron?

I had medium for all the Umbro shirts and last seasons shirts were fairly close fitting for me. I bought the new shirts in large and they are slightly bigger than the medium Umbro's were.

I was told that tomorrow they are doing all the printing of the playing squads shirts in the shop and they simply don't have enough staff as many are still on furlough. Today we renewed five season tickets and there was one young girl in the ticket office. She was really knowledgeable and efficient but by the time we had done a queue of about six had formed behind us.

I’m dreading trying to sort a replacement for my season ticket.

No idea where it is after 18 months and imagine many will be similar and anticipate a bit of chaos on Saturday trying to collect replacements

Two of our group have become seniors since we were last at Ewood so on renewal today we were expecting new season cards but we were all five given paper tickets for Saturday. They simply don't have any plastic cards in stock and the turnstile system won't be updated by Saturday to accept any season cards. The helpful young lady said it will be sorted for the second home league match and new cards would be posted out to anybody who didn't have one.

I've had a response from the retail manager, small delivery of adult shirts expected in time for Saturday's game, then no delivery until September.

Finally release a shirt people like but don't have enough to capitalise on demand. It's just a shockingly run organisation across the board.

I don't blame Rovers or the retail manager for the lack of stock but Macron for the late delivery of the shirt and the lack of enough start.

Plus I don't like that new shirt are fitted so will be far too tight

Is the new training gear available in store? I tried having a browse online earlier to see how it looks but there is no sign of any of it at all on the website.

You'd think the club doesn't need any income based on how poorly everything is being managed. There are so many questions in relation to season tickets, match tickets, streaming, kits etc but no answers.

We should set a fans forum up then we can discuss and possibly address such issues
