rovers11
An opportunity has opened up to get within touching distance of the play off places in what is a very winnable game at home. Can we take that opportunity? History says no.

The thing is we have squad players available that we could have a viable Plan B. Gally and Dack/Armo as a front two, and knock the ball direct into the box at the earliest opportunity. A good manager with the resources Mowbray has had at his fingertips would have got us promoted already. We'll bottle it again with the Playoffs in sight. Gallagher and Brereton we both effective. Think Dack helps as he's so good at working the space off big forwards. Reckon we will probably start in our usual 433 then maybe change things if it doesn't work to something more direct.

That's what makes it such a hard league though. 12 or more teams with decent squads in the division, but so so many games that it's really about avoiding injuries more than anything. I think I'd spend as much on my physios as a new player.

Miker
Is Davenport injured? Don't like seeing Evans and Bennett on the bench. I think the time is up for both of them and they need to move on at the end of the season.

Tugay-is-God
Good tactic by Downing to get back into the team: just threaten to retire!

LDRover
Dack had to start this game for me. Luton at home and coming off a good half hour last week, need the players who can unlock the door.
