These two statements are incompatible.

I cannot remember a worse game of football than that.

I suppose the mists of time cloud memory, Rovers have had bleak times, 60's, early 70's, but we had local folk, looking out for local fans. The greedy twat saw us over some bloody awful matches, Spurs away? I cannot count the number of mind numbing games under Mowbray, this was just something that makes me think that we will have very little fan base left. Yes it was fucking awful......we got a point, does that redeem anything? It's just depressing.

Absolutely dire stuff.  I don't think the Bristol City defence has had an easier night all season. We never looked like scoring.

Saturday is the last £10 I will spend on ifollow this season. If it wasn't against the table toppers and for me having a (deluded) hope of us doing something mad at Carrow Road, I would pack ifollow in right now.

No commitment, lacking in ideas, couldn't even change the approach despite using 5 subs. Like an end of season game but sadly we've another 9 to play........and he'll still have his job.

I said that weeks ago, if we were in the ground he probably wouldn't be here now.

discontent fans and noisy criticism would prick his vanity imo,he`s not one to take it to well, from the way he speaks to the press you can tell he thinks anyone who doubts him are stupid and unknowledgeable

It Will be a great oppurtunity to sack the manager before the international break... cant see us winning at Norwich.

It will be another opportunity squandered. In that regard, Venkys and our shooting have a lot in common.

What an absolutely dire game. Tippy tappy sideways, backwards, sideways and backwards again. Clueless. We obviously think we are like Man City but there's a huge difference. They have the skill set and the vision to suddenly break. We don't. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear I'm afraid but one of the biggest issues is this set of players clearly think they are better than they are. Just listen to the interviews they give and the crap they come out with. Our Manager is far too nice and as many have already said he needs to go asap. Sick of watching this dross and reading Mowbray's excuses. Next up? Norwich. 🤕🤕🤕🤕

The remark last week, I forget what specifically it was about, but where he said something like 'those who are less knowledgeable about the game will say that' ...was really patronising, and arrogant. Tony knows a lot less about the game than Tony thinks Tony knows, or we wouldn't be where we are.

Dear god what an awful game of football. Rothwell the only player who looked like making anything happen and the reason for that is when he get's the ball his first thought is to go forward and inject some pace and urgency into the game. The rest of the team get the ball and first they slow it down and then look to go backwards or sideways.

Also how has Rankin-Costello become our first choice right back over Nyambe? He's average at best, has no outstanding attributes and is not even half the player Nyambe is. I reckon that our two full backs must be the slowest pair of full backs I have ever seen and how has Douglas got a reputation for being good a set pieces his set pieces ever since he signed for us have been more Charlie Chaplin than Charlie Mulgrew.

Mars is a lot better at football than we are, tbf.

(See, I'm at it again)

Edit: and to be clear, I mean that whether it's Mars the planet, Mars the Roman God of War, or Mars bars.
