WacoRover
So, all the hopeful talk by Mowbray on Arma & Trav was empty talk. Our alignment looks better on bbc, Elliott on wing, Brereton in the middle, but Gally on wing, no way.

Miller11
So despite the fact Mowbray has been talking about how the next few games will “shape our transfers” this summer, and we’d be giving some of the young lads a go, 7 of the starting 11 aren’t contracted beyond the end of the season.

TheRoversReturn
So many questions, so few answers that make any logical sense. - Why is Mowbray still here? - Is there anyone else on earth who thinks playing Gally on the wing is a good idea? - Why are the youngsters we are playing to help prepare them for next season OTHER TEAMS' youngsters and not our own? - Why are over half of the other starting XI out of contract at the end of the season? - Why are three of our starting XI on loan along with another sub when we have players who need game time (such as Wharton, Chapman) being sent out time and again? - Why will the Facebook warriors be out in support of Mowbray come win, lose or draw? - Why have Buckley and Dolan been dropped just as they were building up a head of steam? - Why have we gradually got worse, and not better, since the start of the season? - Why the heck do Venky's still own us? And, the question with no sensible answer... - Why the hell am I paying to which this upcoming 90 minutes of possession-based tedium?!?!?!? Prediction = 1-1

Half of today's bench will possibly or in some cases hopefully not be at Rovers next season either.

matt83
I’m not sure what is more depressing the way this season has fizzled out or the fact Mowbray is taking about the transfer window. I dread to think of the levels of apathy if this clown gets another season. Edited April 2, 2021 by matt83
chaddyrovers
Why no Buckley or Dolan? Gallagher must play up front and not Elliott as a false 9?

Backroom Tom Posted April 2, 2021 Backroom Share Posted April 2, 2021 Very open game; they aren’t scared of attacking but will leave lots of space. Few scary moments at the back so far

How else will we get another 5 loans to fill the gaps left by poor recruitment strategy when we had a budget? Got to be able to repeat that cycle again, obviously.
