Adult tickets for Leeds are £15. Adult tickets for Bolton are £10.

Rip off Rovers.

FOW.

One is a game against a league 1 side. The other is against a Prem team.

Dont get me wrong, yes they are taking advantage of it being the first game at Ewood and the likelihood Leeds will bring a significant crowd. But it's understandable to charge relative to the opposition.

Your second sentence is true when you say they are taking advantage - of us!

I for one won't be going.

Wasn't really expecting it to be any less for Leeds i think most clubs will charge that for Prem opposition. More Leeds than Rovers no doubt and will we even sell 1500 for Bolton at £10 in the current malaise ?

I'm actually more concerned with what will be on display, two 0-1 defeats, manager happy, possession stats good. How many years are we behind Leeds and Bolton and their 'models' ?

I'm sure we'll soon find out.

Next news is that Mowbray will be so impressed with Leeds and so grateful to Bielsa for sending a team over that he will decide that they are the model to follow this season and will tell anyone who listens that we are setting about emulating them.

Of course he won't be taken to task on how ridiculous he sounds and how the Leeds project started over a year into Mowbray's reign here. But it will sound good and impressive and keep the dwindling number of fans he has hanging on to promises of a bright future.

What chance we end up with a Leeds player on loan after Mowbray asks Bielsa who is avaialble?

This! I suspect that this is Mowbray's transfer strategy. Invite a PL club for a run out, make them feel very comfortable and welcome, put a side out to play football against them and obsess about the possession stats, then have a cup of tea with their manager afterwards, prattle on about his philosophy and beliefs and try to persuade them to send some players our way.

Seemed to work with Liverpool and Klopp.

Alright if it is a cherry on top but doesn't look like there's any other strings to our bow at present.

It’s done because they know Leeds will fetch plenty.

Same rationale for ‘Category A’ and ‘A+’.

Not sure if true but I hear from a Leeds fan that they have sold 7000 tickets for this game

I heard yesterday that they had sold out their initial 4500 in the lower tier and so we were cleaning the upper tier to open up to them. Expect those will then be sold and then we will give them the Riverside.

Quite possibly looking at 10,000+ from Leeds and about 3,000 from Rovers.

Will anyone care? Not Waggott that's for sure.

Has there been any announcement on whether tomorrow's game will be streamed online? I thought Rovers said they would try and set this up given fans aren't allowed.

Would be amazed if they managed to sort that out.

That would probably require Bradford to stream the game.

Will be interesting to see if the EFL permit streaming of home league games to those who don’t want to attend?

Very good question. Whilst attendances are uncapped, surely it is not in the clubs best interest to in anyway discourage getting people into stadiums?

I bet they will, but at an additional charge.

Quite true. Then Waggot comes out with his walk-on pricing policy.

he`s most likely banking on fans who are desperate to get back into ewood,he can`t be very bright because he`s completely misunderstood his target market, people in blackburn won`t pay those walk on prices, when it comes to low key games and bad weather we`ll be lucky to get 6000 on especially when his managers tactics  bores the pants of everyone and festoons us in the lower half of the table

JH ..do you want the club to only guarantee Leeds 500 tickets and make nothing and have people such as yourself blaming the club the day after for not making more out of it  ..or exploit a 'friendly' and make something at the very least.

No problem with that. More worried about who is going to be supporting Rovers in future and what we are doing about it.

Rovers TV are offering to stream the Bradford game. Not sure if payment is required because I'm doing something else.

I suspect the Leeds game was part of the Douglas loan deal and a requirement of Waggotts.

Why else would we take on a donkey.
