De Neve twice in the last 5 minutes gave the ball away cheaply deep in their half !

Matt Derbyshire did that years ago and never kicked another for Rovers !

He gets us a corner on either of those and we see the game out

Absolutely gutted by that late equaliser. I didn’t see us getting anything at all before the match but to concede so late was heartbreaking. According to Bayes / Gallagher, was never a free kick and the lad who eventually put it in the net was offside. Conceding a lot of very late goals and scoring very few ourselves has been an Achilles heal for many years. Love Yuki’s work ethic but his finishing has been really poor so far this season.

He wasn't offside. There were two Rovers players prone on the goal line, with Pears behind them. Wrexham got a get out of jail card there, and any normal side would have just shut up shop and headed to the corners from 90 mins, instead of inviting the opposition to attack in wave after sodding wave.

At least my early aftternoon pessimism was unfounded, and the 6-0 dicking didn't occur. I thought we had enough in the tank to deserve a win against a Wrexham side that flatters to deceive - bur then Kieffer Moore gave them the bollox to keep coming back for more, and our tactical geniuses on the sidelines encouraged them on.. inevitable that we would concede, once the hairy balls were substituted for castrato smooth bollux, and I am only thankful that we didn't capitulate completely.

Tuesday now has a completely different complexion, especially as they won't want to lose two on the bounce away from home. Too little time to worry about that now, but team selection, availability of billy big balls substitutes (or not) and a whole load of smelly stuff and bitten nails are going to be the reality versus them thar tractor boys.

So frustrating. Forshaw and Morishita were both excellent and the team played well overall.

Thought Pratt was good again as well.

Didn't Gallagher do it against PNE too?

And never forget John Barnes in the last minute to lose the title to Arsenal!

Yep, Robinho and Aidan McGeady putting it in the Darwen End net.

I honestly don’t know how much more of this I can take. This club has been systematically ruined for years to the point of us holding on for dear life for a point against f****** Wrexham. IsmaeL, De Neve, Gueye etc. is not the issue but merely a symptom of everything that is wrong with this club. Shame on you Venkys and from the bottom of my heart: F*** YOU

God, I despise them....

I was listening to Bayes on Radio Lancs going on about how the ground is too big for the club...not a single hint about what has caused this rotten malaise.

How about 15 years of these fucking Indian bastards trashing Blackburn Rovers?

If you can't be arsed to nurture the club, just sell the club and F right off!

Imagine Andy Bayes was reporting on the Titanic, when there is a fire in the hold and the ship has hit the iceberg.

"Well, Alan Nixon, Kevin Gallacher, just talk to me about those deck chairs and that band!"

Meanwhile, both oblige-and willingly..

He's bang average but as always he's a symptom of the disease not the cause

But he did come out and say he was happy with the squad and it was an improvement on last year. His interviews regarding Travis and the quotes on Gueye were a disgrace in public. And he likes an excuse after a defeat. He’s also as complicit as Rudy with the transfer policy.

The ground is too big for the club Venkys have created.

From it being rebuilt until 18 months or so after they arrived it had never housed averages of less than 20k.

In a year or two we'll be on less than 10k at this rate.

Chorley fan was takibg the mick saying that's the second player you've nicked from us.

I'll like his confidence and the fact that he was shipped out (foolish rudy) to a NL2 club for play time but he's proving he can do it at this level.

It's just about scraping together enough points and hoping the cavalry can come and save us post-Christmas.

Will be more like the fateful 'Charge of the Light Brigade' at Balaklava!

A game we failed to win simply through not taking our chances and abysmal game management.

IMO, Ismael should take the blame - he manages the game, makes the tactical changes and instructs those players coming on as substitutes.

Think it's crystal clear De Neve has very, very limited football intelligence and introducing him when you need to close a game down is akin to pouring petrol on to smouldering embers.

As for Hedges, a diabolical challenge given all his experience.

Think Ismael, again, failed miserably with his game management - a very poor head coach.

Can anyone articulate we are a serious football club and merely not a p1ss take?  The Cantwell saga stinks to high heaven in my eyes whilst the continuing non use of Pickering and Ribeiro  is I think unbelievably mystifying and somewhat sinister.

God help us both on Tuesday, when Ipswich roll into town, and for the rest of the season.  I think we are in deep trouble and heading for the drop.

I think they send them there because they are guaranteed games and there's an easy automatic recall option that you might not get with a league club.

So pissed off that we threw that away and not at the ref who now becomes the latest excuse.

The issue as flagged up previously is the state of the squad. And this is not because of some unfortunate woe is me injury crisis. The players being brought on are players that Gestede has signed, mainly this summer just gone, and they are terrible. They dont have any game management skills (or redeeming features at all).

Its going to be a long season.

Kevin Gallacher on Radio Lancs, saying post match Local reports covering Wrexham saying we are best team they played. Just to add some context

We clearly arent, sat in 18th.

We heard the same shite throughout the season we nearly went down as other teams benefitted from our inability to manage games.

The problem is Wrexham aren’t world beaters obviously but a point away from home is more often than not a decent result however we are that woeful at home that away games become our biggest hope for wins!

A very odd situation

Absolutely I can't disagree, but we'll just continue to get clowns like this with Venkys and their shysters in place

we have conceded 5 goals after 90mins already this season- that is too consistent, it’s about game management
