With the transfer window closing on Monday, today will be another busy day for Blackburn's Chief Executive John Williams. Not only will he be awaiting results of transfer negociations but he will also have to address the clubs shareholder at their Annual General Meeting for the financial year ending June 2003.

As any news breaks from the AGM, we will attempt to provide members of the site with as much details as possible along with expert analysis.
