Does anyone else think that if we win the league Kenny could be on his way?

A mate who used to play golf with Alan Hansen told me that Dalglish saw the title as the pinnicle of his achievements with a tam like Rovers. He also said Kenny saw Harford as a top manager of the future and would be handing the reigns over if the lads win against newcastle and at anfield.

I for one would be sorry to see Kenny go, but winning the title would be worth the sacrifice. Also Harford is without doubt the best coch in the business and i see a bright future with a manager like him. Who knows we could lose him to England sooner rather than later if Venables mucks up in Euro96.

With players like Matty Holmes and Garry Flitcroft being mentioned on other threads and a bright new manager like Ray a possiblility, the future looks bright for the Rovers

Take no notice of rumours about Kenny, it's Man U trying to upset the apple cart, southern London tabloids with nothing to do.

With Jack financing the club were else better could Kenny go. I cant ever see any other club being financed to the extent that Mr Walker has done with Rovers.

For the record, Dalglish is going nowhere. If we win the Championship Walker will pile millions more in to make us one of the best teams in Europe, I think we will see Dalglish signing a new contract and Batistuta coming in for £10m from Fiorentina.

I sincerely hope this isn't true. Kenny, even accounting for the cash spent, has worked wonders since he come. I feel he's happy here and is enjoying having less pressure than his latter years at Anfield despite still challenging at the peak of English football. If he does leave it would be very worrying. Top managers aren't easily replaced. Look at Liverpool - since Kenny left there they seemed to have gone backwards under Graeme Souness.
