He said yesterday that we deserve to be where we are because of our treatment of Kean.

They keep peddling their propaganda.

With all the focus in the media on Singh/Shagnew and Venkys at the moment and Kean being potrayed in some cases as a victim of them like Big Sam was i get the feeling he's about to surface again. Too many times recently his names being brought up again in the media by the usual suspects.

Was there not supposed to be some ground breaking expose published this weekend, or am I more of a senile, doddering fool than I realised. I know the Mail and Mirror published stories but these were just re-hashing old stories. So have I missed a cataclysmic occasion or not?

A lot of people are mentioning Kentaro and we are quite justified in being fearful of the FA ties with them. Unfortunately, the situation from our point of view, wishing to get to the truth and name the guilty parties in our downfall is even worse than many people realise.
Apart from the generally tight "business" links between the FA and Kentaro, there are also the "ethnic" links between the Chairman of the FA (Bernstein) and Jerome Anderson. It won't help any when Greg Dyke takes over because he is of the same ethnicity, as, incidentally, was the previous chairman, Lord Triesman. Coincidence? Not on your Nellie.
It's highly unlikely we'd ever get that lot to uncover anything which would damage their "interests."
Football is now a multi-billion Pound industry, offering untold riches for people with the right contacts, or influence in the right places.
To be absolutely honest, and for the good of the overall game whatever happens to us, someone really ought to stretch the scope of the investigation to see whether such ethnic ties played any role in securing business contracts between the FA and other parties, especially Kentaro.
Nick Harris et al - if you want to do something really worthwhile with your lives - there's your next investigation. Good luck with it, you'll need it.
As if!
Blackburn Rovers are very small fry in the overall scheme of things, sadly. Things go on that ordinary, decent people like most of us on here couldn't even dream of. We are one of the oldest, most traditional of football clubs - a proper, old, English institution. If we go to the wall because of financial corruption, do not expect any help at all from any of these "official" channels. The financial stakes are too high and the bonds too strong.

Are you going along the lines I think you are..,.......?

Ian Holloway having a go at fans over their treatment of Kean in Sunday Mirror as well, saying he was sacked when in play-off places.

Why do so many of these people get it wrong, he walked-out, did'nt he ?

It'll be as realistic as a film depicting Barney the Dinosaur leading the landings on Normandy and ending World War II over a winner takes all game of table tennis with Himmler.

Pure nonsense. Himmler was much more of a badminton and tiddlywinks kinda fella.

well that is useful, let the FA make these things public, if indeed they are actually investigating anything. IMO, these are just a way for BRAG to distance themselves from releasing these findings, for fear that it may all be factually incorrect or bare no substance at all. If BRAG are 100% confident of what info they have, then i see no reason why they should fear any sort of Venkys backlash, or them trying to sue BRAG etc etc.

A grim, depressing and troubling post.

Btw, you might be interested in the "ethnicity" of Walter Hubert, an ex Rovers director and generally regarded as a good sort.

Easy to be brave when no action will come your way.

Whatever the reason we can expect a cover up.

This could be better in the long run because the evidence is demonstrably in Rovers' fans' hands and when the FA mishandle the investigation they will only become more culpable and less ableto punish the club.

If BRAG feel the truth isn't out Philip, they will have to put it out there themselves. At some point, BRAG are either going to have to be brave, or accept they can't go further. These accusations of wrongdoings can't go on for years, because it will be too late.
