2-0 now, don't do goal difference which is now plus 8, but a draw against Portugal at least sees us through to the quarters.

No idea how England won that. Had about 20% possession, and played the crudest form of lump it forward football.

Only matched by baffling refereeing decisions.

We scored two, they didn't and they barely had a shot on goal. Our goal was wrongly disallowed and the ref apologised for getting her decision wrong for their penalty, very refreshing. England's women are a very good side.

Quite a dull boring game. Spain dominated possession, England put in an excellent defensive display holding their shape superbly and closing down Spain who created nothing. Crazy decision regarding the penalty. Can't fathom what the ref was thinking or doing.

Will be watching this one tonight . Playing Portugal on channel 4 at half 7. Hopefully a better game than the Spain game. A point will do to go through to the quarter finals where their likely opponents will be France ( who they have never beaten. Good luck ladies
