Reminiscent of Elland Road 1995...

...and even until Dalglish the club just couldn't do things the easy way when most expected. So if people want to say it's "typical" it probably is in that sense. By no means is that the same as the entire promotion bid collapsing though. Probably inevitable it will be decided either at Charlton or Ewood now.

I guess it is "typical" in terms of being "kicked in the teeth" over past few years but Venkys can't sabotage the promotion bid at this point.

Could and should of put the game to be so many times useless @#/? the lot of them im sticking to my prediction of play offs and then staying in this leauge   we are devoid of creativity and we have such a negative manager who won't take the shackles off the players because he thinks Bristol rovers RB is an incredible talent ..@#/? off man seripusley

Let’s be honest it’s the result we deserved against Southend.

We get our noses in front and then just try and see it out but fail to hold on to the ball at all.

Shrews are at home. Fancy Charlton to get a point though. Just frustrating we aren’t taking care of our own business these past two matches.

We could and should have put all doubt to bed.

Thanks for the illuminating analysis. Hope they are when they play Rovers at least! Who knows what can happen though I'm not interested in playing "higher" or "lower" prediction games.

Get that plonker from Love Island to get back with Olivia by the looks of it!

Our over-reliance on Dack worries me a bit to be honest. It might be enough to get out of this league but we'll need more than just "wait for Bradley to do something" as our main strategy next season if we go up. TM will have to have a serious think about whether certain players are really pulling their weight, and what we do if Dack is injured or out of form. Based on the last few matches we don't have an answer yet.

Not in the slightest but it’s what the manager sets out to do

This season's draws could be our failing this season. With the squad we have we should be going out and finishing games off early on instead we have TMs negative approach resulting in trying to hang on and then blowing it.

Ok some may say we are still in with a shout but if we don't win on Thursday ..............

In which case they should be treated as an enemy and referred to by their full name. Sick of this affectionate scunny, donny nickname BS. They are either potential obstacles or actual obstacles nothing more. Any other treatment is negative enough of this nicey nicey tosh. How can you talk about Mowbray showing "too much respect" with rubbish like this?

it's hard to not catastrophise when we care so much about the club.

So frustrating that, for all the positives of this season, we have a good squad but a manager who's to scared to play.

Been looking at the table the last half hour thinking of different scenarios. Bloody hell cant handle this, especially after last year!

If the Shrews win on Tuesday and we fail to beat the Posh we really could be in trouble. Would you's take needing a win now at home to Oxford to go up??

On a stag do in Benidorm last game of the season! oh dear lol

Quite right there. Can’t remember much threat in the first half blimey. What can be done to Dack to fire him up again?!

Rushed him back a bit maybe, I wouldn't start him at the min and like I said earlier focus the attack on Armstrong through the middle. His strengths are being wasted imo

Plus lock Dack away from that blondie till about the end of May
