Looks like Bolton could be bought by Bassini the chap who has twice been bankrupt and banned from all footballing activity for 3 years in 2013

Surely the football league can’t allow that? Course they will

The same bloke that got offered Rovers by the Barnet puppet master . Wonder if there are any football investment funds helping Bassini out with financing .

Brum leading 2-1 at the hawthorns. Mahoney with both assists. Been a brilliant game. I wish we played entertaining , attacking football like both of these are playing tonight. Really entertaining from both sides

Watching West Brom defending is like watching us.

Reading that article about Bassini at Bolton a few things seem very strange and have a whiff of suspicion about them. First off he claims to have got League approval. I'm sure they'll have some explaining to do if they quickly approve someone with his background. He then claims to have the funds to bankroll Bolton yet won't say how much he has and his companies are property developers and have very little information about them. He then says Dave Richards has agreed to become chairman and that he's going to get John Williams on board. Both big hitters in the football world, although both now in their 70s so i wonder what either would want with getting involved at a club that will be in League One next year?

Very strange.

An improved performance today, but the way other results have gone, if we don't get a win in the next 3 games we will be in a relegation fight.

How was this allowed happened from where we were?

Can people really ever see us being a dominant team in this division under Mowbray? Even the most staunch supporters of him ask yourselves that and answer truthfully

That Kasey Palmer who people were saying wasn’t good enough for us has scored again, for a team above us in the league, away at Sheffield United.

It’s a funny old game....

Apart from he didn't.

He's a number 10 like Rothwell. Tony collects them and plays them on the wing... If they're lucky.

Meant to say assist, my mistake.

Rotherham got battered today so we're actually further from the drop zone on goal difference than we were at 3-00 today.

Ya, perhaps but we could still end up the closest team to them.

How many points do we need to be mathematically safe? This season has turned into a shit show. A good performance today doesnt change that. We need points or we will have zero momentum going into next season.

It could be we're safe now. 3 points against Stoke would do it I think. We could stay up this season with less points than we got relegated with last time we were in this division.

Lads it's 8 defeats in 10 games. What if we don't win another game?

A M&S choccy biscuit, a shrug of the shoulders , a CM or CF stuck out wide and we go again next season.

Are you looking for something more sophisticated than “but he got us promoted from League One”?
