Are we even allowed to have our emblem like that? It looks smart, but surely we aren't allowed to mess with the emblem colours...

Was it not all black on the green effort a few years back?

I quite like that but would have preferred yellow with light blue

Seems we're following the 2013-14 template, whatever that is. Home shirt with pale blue, dark blue socks/trim and the halves the opposite way round. Away shirt featuring the weird crest. It could be worse but very similar to the kit we had when relegated under Kean, not much thought gone into it.

FFS. Is selling shirts to fans not even on the agenda??

Another season with no shirt!

Could get one of these +2.50 for a rovers badge to put on :)

Just shows the incredible mark up that clubs put on shirts. Wonder if Rovers are making £30 per shirt?

Sell 1000 shirts at £50 and make £30,000 profit.

To make that £30,000 at £30 per shirt would mean selling 3000 shirts.

Would we sell three times the number of shirts at £30 than at £50? Not sure but there must be a sweet spot somewhere.

Really disappointed with the shirts this season. So little thought seems to have been given to the styles. I’m reading people on Fb saying that our shirts are ‘clearly’ inspired by 91/92 and it’s an omen for promotion this season. The shirt in 92 had far more class and it had the actual club badge on it, not ‘badge-lite’.

5 minutes on a phone...

Very much doubt it, depending on the licencing deal maybe 5-15% per total umbro branded products sold + x as a upfront fee at the start of the deal or per year over the length of the contract

The home shirt is nothing like 91/92 and I’m getting sick of people parroting the official line just because the club doesn’t seem to know its own history.

Absolutely. Nothing at all like 91/92 that one was darker, had post-maternal stretch marks all over and was partnered by shorts that your balls would pop out of if you weren't wearing briefs or budgie smugglers.
