Reading lost 1-0 at home to Bolton. Derby lost 2-1 to millwall whom we drew with. West Brom looming ruthless with 7-1. There are a few teams we should be able to compete with. No fear lads

WBA were 4-1 up then  i checked about 4 minutes later and it was 7-1

We should have no fear. With a couple of nice loans we should be mid table imo.

A word for young Amarii Bell

Played really well and coped with their right winger who was their only player that consistently needed dealing with

Need a tough tackling CM and a hold up striker in the Graham mould. Otherwise we look pretty solid to see out the season!

COYB!

Or you could say we were unlucky, as on another day we would have finished another one of our many, many chances.

Fair. But when you miss so many chances it often happens.

As it was we weren’t unlucky because we won.

Is that you being negative again? ?

Only at smug posts.

Delighted that we held on. Delighted about the attacking set up and it went our way today. We definitely lost our way when Dack went off and the subs were erratic.

Not so delighted at Kasey Palmer. He hasn’t quite got his head around what it means to play for this group. Early days but showing signs of being too good to work hard. He won’t last long if he does. The other players won’t be happy to carry anyone.

Completely agree to be honest. We could have won that by a few goals, but we got two escapes due to Raya and Nyambe, perhaps with Mowbray being too cautious and not going for the jugular. Hull are going down.

On the flip side, there are a lot of positives; our so-called League One side is stepping up to the plate, and I feel good about it.

They really are. It’s just that our squad depth isn’t there yet. Heart can get you so far but we need some quality in the right positions on the bench too. Last season, if we lost Dack, we hadn’t Chapman (or even Payne at a stretch). Palmer might have to fill that role but not the way he played today.

 hes on his back, thus not putting pressure on his injury.

Lets hope its not serious  and its just a knock but dont be so pedantic and smug too soon.

It’s not a good idea if you’ve hurt your knee to have it swinging around unsupported and potentially knocked again. I’m also taking it as a good sign.
