Fair enough.

IMHO, at £10 PNE would definitely sell out ANY allocation.

With large numbers of away fans, home fans would respond.

It would easily be our biggest gate of the season.

It would depend on where we where. If mowbray is still here, with his team still looking weak as piss, i doubt wed sell more than 16-18k home tickets.

This is it. It doesn’t matter what anyone on here or Tesco Steve cooks up to solve the dwindling gates and interest, it’s all being massively let down by the drivel on the pitch. In fact, if we had a decent team with forward thinking exciting management the support is there and you wouldn’t need to give it away

They'll never ever discount the Preston game to the tune of a tenner they don't want the hassle. I don't see why they couldn't come up with some initiative to get a few more home fans on though it's the kind of game that would drag a few back.

They'll prefer to keep the game cat A and the gate around 20k knowing they'll sell out this season it's just too easy an opportunity to fleece away fans and home hardcore again. The acid test will be the kick off time.

Aye they'll be having palpitations as it is at the prospect of nearly 20,000 turning up. Expect a story in the Telegraph offering advice on what to do on the big day etc. Any more than that an Caley and co. will need time off with stress.

Absolutely no appetite at Ewood even from the bean counters to see 25,000+ on or even try and get to it. If PNE were to bring 7000 that would mean we'd need to get an extra 5000 or so home fans on. A challenge but priced well and promoted as Derby day and it is something to aim for and would be a brilliant atmosphere if we got close.

They know PNE will bring a minimum of 5000 for the annual family day out whatever the price so maximising income from those will be the priority. Not really bothered about filling the home ends. A extra few thousand on the home gate would require effort, cheaper tickets and aggravation for those who just don't want it.

What does Caley do for his salary, apart from netting off seats?

A normal club would forget about that, as Wigan ain’t fetching folk at £28 for a Sky game.

’Christmas Cracker’ or some other PR guff. £15 anywhere in the ground. Lot of exiled Lancastrians will be arriving back home, lot of people take Christmas Eve off, so a chance of a ‘decent’ crowd... so no chance.

Won’t happen here because Waggott’s data from the Rochdale game two years ago will show a couple of thousand extra walk ons, so he’ll be looking to milk those with Cat A prices.

The club has given up on any strategic thinking.

That type of thing probably added weight to the dearer tickets when the firework display was on. A quick glance at last time and an increase in footfall for a random game in the home sections particularly kids.  Another fleecing opportunity that will backfire in the long run when people turn their noses up at it next season.

Everything is done by spreadsheet though these days including the team i think.

Wigan are running a promotion for their Boxing Day game v Derby. Adult tickets anywhere in the ground £10, u18s £5 and u12s £2. Available now 6 weeks before the game.

Promoting it to try and get as many in the ground as possible.

Wigan are selling tickets for all games up to the end of January.

Huddersfield and Preston are selling tickets for games into January.

We are only selling November games.

Maybe this is because we have another 3 game ticket coming out but whether or not that is the case, why not have them on sale now?

Huddersfield half season tickets go on sale tomorrow. You can choose which game it starts from and just pay the appropriate price. So it can start any time between 15 games and 11 games.

Clubs of a similar size to us are on the front foot making it flexible for fans to attend. We will bring ours out last minute when xmas presents are bought and fans are skint.

We are not doing all we can. Far from it. We are doing almost nothing.

Tomorrow is the pre-meet to set the agenda for next fans forum meeting on the 18th.

I don't think we give a shit about single use plastic and gluten free pies.

Why are tickets not on sale yet as with other clubs, to maximise Xmas spend ?

How many 3 match tickets were sold ?

Why are Xmas period games not on sale yet ?

Where are you up to with the matchday buses from strategic locations ?

What about working with the council to re-open the car parks at Ewood ?

Are we actively having a plan for safe standing area next season ? What is the process to make it a reality ?

Is the manager's position being reviewed and monitored by the owners ? Are there any targets set because we are clearly worse than last season and playing very badly.

Who is responsible for this process ? Steve or Suhail or Balaji ?

What task force does the club have in place or planned for addressing the very serious issue of 20,000 empty seats, dire matchday atmosphere and repeated failure to reach sales targets?

What was the outcome of the data collected in the recent survey?

Just a small list of very real and important topics I hope to see addressed with the club when the minutes come out. Not at all interested if Bennett washes his water bottle and re-uses it next week.

Why does Waggot keep setting targets that aren't realistic at the moment ? Does he understand the club so little still ?

What made him think that this seasons ST's would increase significantly on last seasons ?   Why when we are having a poor first third to the season does he think we'd suddenly shift 1500 half ST's when it's normally 500 or less when it's crap.

Continually failing to meet targets you've set yourself should only lead to one thing.
