Are you that CP bloke who got banned for turning lots of threads in Leeds or hooligan debates? I recall you saying you spent time in Bamber Bridge.

We are playing a newly promoted team with injury problems and defensive problems as their friendlies demonstrated. Mowbray has spent close on £15million on strikers in 12 months. If we can't blow Charlton away then we really do have problems. This point is really difficult to ignore. And none of that money was spent on Graham or Dack who score 90% of our goals. Looking at it right now our recruitment budget has been wasted.

I do know a lot of Leeds from the Preston area and granted most of them do enjoy a chew.

JBiz
Cocu’s Debut - despite frustration at some aspects of modern “Sky footy”, I can always enjoy a live football game to some extent! Especially when we’ve played so horrifically bad at cricket...

JBiz
Huddersfield crowd a lack of patience, which is probably to be expected after last season. They’ve also defended like idiots, which we can empathise with that frustration. Derby look a different class at the minute, however I can’t see Keogh getting away with defending so high all season.
arbitro
Over the weekend I saw five Championship games and without doubt the worst two teams were us and Charlton. Hopefully that's not the template for this season but I have to say (even at this early stage) that in my opinion Mowbrays target of Playoffs is a million miles away. I'm already buckling myself in for a long, hard season.
Oldgregg86
The televised championship games have been a joy to watch this weekend. Some really entertaining stuff. Long may it continue.

Scotland1
Not currently looking good for Big Club... 3-0 at Pompey still 30 mins to go. Youthfulish looing side, dark days ahead if they keep Clotet
Backroom DE. Posted August 6, 2019 Backroom Share Posted August 6, 2019 It's only the Carabao Cup tbf, and they won their first match of the season away to Brentford, so a bit early to be calling doom on them yet!
