If you look at ourselves, we probably make £100k per home game which in an additional £6-700k Venky's will have to find for this season.

This is simply not correct.

Pre virus, we were standing at minus £15million with FFP compliance.

That was netted off in the budget by selling Dack who then got crocked.

We are now minus £15.7 million.

Owners cannot just bung in £700K. It needs to come from income.

Methods of income are revenue from fans (nope), commercial revenue (nope) or player sales.

There really should be something like this at Ewood on the hill. Not as a prank but as a photogenic promotional opportunity. If the club paid for it then the council ought to agree. The only reason not to is anti-publicity.

That’s actually a really good idea.

Right now there is 1 play off place left and (arguably) 7 teams in contention.

Given Preston's poor form I would say actually only 2 or 3 realistically in contention.

Down the bottom there all 3 places still to be determined with 7 teams in the mix. Add Wigan into that now so 8.

Wigan basically bottom now on 38 points but top of the form table.

Competitive league. We got outplayed by Barnsley then Luton draw with Leeds.

I wasn't referring to FFP,  but cashflow, in that this season they have had to put an additional £700k into us that they hadn't budgeted for to get us to the end of the season.

I doubt we will do better than W1 D1 L4 in Rovers' remaining games.

Hull v Boro a big 6 pointer at the bottom tonight.

We will win a couple of the dead rubbers for sure giving a false gloss to the season.

Huge game at the bottom, a loss would shatter Boro's moral. But I think they will edge it sending Hull closer to the drop.

Surprised Stoke are making quite such hard going of things. Dark horses for relegation if Barnsley and Luton keep improving?

Will be wild at the bottom. Wigan's point deduction almost certainly makes defeat at Luton on the last day a certainty.

We will limp to 60 points and Tony will declare target achieved.

Huge result there for Hull. Crazy at the bottom. Everyone picking up points.

Almost feel sorry for the bottom two who have had some great results yet can't climb out of it.

Could well end up with it being 50+ to survive

Thank god we won't be embroiled in it but it is more exciting than the Premier League

The look and reaction on Warnock's face when they conceded that free kick that led to that 2nd goal was an angry man. He was getting annoyed most of the second half when poor passes or crosses.

That's what managers do. Our guy looks like he's waiting for the next bus.

Still lost the game

You are right to be fair there. Be mad at a manager signing poor players, using poor tactics, making the wrong subs ultimately all leading to poor results. People only notice a managers off field mannerisms, Mowbray stood there doing nothing, Coyle stood in full kit, Kean licking his lips etc when results arent going right on the pitch.
