He is one of many on the list of wingers but wages is unbelivable high. My guy said he was of our list when more clubs came along and Newcastle demanded even more of his salary paid. Forest or another championship club more likely to pay more of his wage than Rovers.

Only scenario we get him is money in somehow.

Or we end up with Adomah because Forest get Atsu...

1. Fisher top quality and much better than League Two standard...

2. Being a sub keeper you can pretty much play in any of those two divisions without much of a difference

1. If he is much better than League Two standard it begs the question, why couldn't he get any games for a League Two side?

2. We don't need him to go somewhere to be a sub keeper, we need him to get some senior games!

Favourite quote of the day so far!

I'm picturing WBA in a meeting with Hull saying, "We will offer you this bag of KP nuts for Grosicki, but you can't tell anyone..."

Because their other keeper is decent as well, so much so that we're supposedly looking to sign him on a free in the summer. Both Fisher & Hilton are very good keepers.

Not heard of that but will ask now. Thanks??

That's not a rumour that's just being a conspiracy theorist in a world where Forest look to reduce wages after landing Atsu... and we get offered Adomah, who's fairly decent.

Fair enough on that point, but I'd still rather he go play for a League Two side with a keeper he can get ahead of, than sit on a League One bench.

The reason why Tony Mowbray cannot sing anyone is because he doesn't believe in this club. He is a journyman manager with no connection or interest in our history, and is here to collect his paycheck and tick some paper boxes if he can. Anyone who has ever succeesed at Rovers has been willing to go beyond what is required and push us above what others would believe are our limits.

Even if tactically he is not as inept as a few previous Venkys men, neither he nor Venkys will ever give a shit about our club. But our collective failure is in how much we tolerate this.

Cheers Tony.

Yes undisclosed=peanuts. Saw 800k somewhere

Undisclosed doesn't mean peanuts, some very large deals go down as undisclosed.

800k is stunningly low for him. He is 31 now, but still. Cracking player.

Was joking brucey. Although I did see the 800k somewhere. These are the types of players serious contenders shell out for. We are going nowhere.

i think he cares about football and his players but in general you`re bang on,he is a journeyman with no new ideas,we are going nowhere tbh and his tenure should reach a conclusion at the end of the season,we can`t stand still forever, you stand still in football and you`ll get relegated
