IrelandsRover
So I only heard about his recently. Apparently Carling jumped on the fact that the Rovers players were drinking Carling (sponsors of the premier league) in the dressing room at Anfield after winning the league. Does anyone remember this? I can’t imagine McEwans Lager were too happy. By the way, love that keeper jersey, never seen one for sale. Stuart
Proper throwback photo that. Back when drinking was a huge part of footballing culture. Wenger changed all that at Arsenal - once a few of the old guard came to the end of their time - and the rest of the PL followed suit. Eventually.

Might be wrong but back in the day could only keepers capped by England wear a yellow jersey?
