Maybe we can loan Kipre. He won't get a place in the first team for sure. Backup.

Kyle Bartley is nothing special, if I was Kipre I’d be fancying my chances of forcing my way into that West Brom side, premier league football and double the wages he’d get here, as soon as West Brom showed interest in him we were done for.

Darryl Horgan struggled to have an impact at Preston. Not sure he is good enough to do much at this level.

Here’s Hoping TM didn’t have Kipre in mind when he said we are close to signing a player  ...

The headline gave the impression that it was very imminent but by the end of it he was saying in one or 2 weeks we hope to have something ... typical TM ... He did that with Jones at Liverpool ....

No idea what he and Waggott do till 8pm every night at Brockhall ...

Maybe turn out like the last player we picked up from PNE. And yes I know it's only been a few appearances but pretty much a non risk bit of business.

Presume the deal Mowbray mentioned was not one for Kipre.

You would hope that we have other bids for players in and thats one he is talking about/ Probably Naby Sarr or back up keeper

Pre this I’d never really heard of kipre. He’s only a Wigan defender. He’s now the holy grail. Less than a million when top draw defenders go for 30 million.

Came from Motherwell to wigan via the French league. It journeyman stuff. Would a journey man choose more money at wba?obviously he would.

Are there more players of kipre standard? Very very probably.

Most of it is desperation from us. We’ve missed out on an average player. Move on

Isn't he back at Southampton?

He was, now Fulham have done a deal to get him permanently.

Amazing that a newly promoted Premier League side see enough to splash the cash on him yet he wasn't good enough for our midfield.

I dont think there are other players of Kipre's standard for a 6 figure fee that we could attract here.

Kipre has been excellent for Wigan and was key in them keeping 10 clean sheets in 11 games during which time we kept 0. The only reason that he is available for such a low fee is because his club are in administration.

Here what you are saying but when I have seen him he has been really good, defended with no frills or compromise, just what is required here.  With regard to West Brom please note that the latest information is coming exclusively from the Daily Mail or Daily Facist as I prefer to call it, so I will wait until I hear it from a more reliable source.
