I don't want to be known as ITK. However, my good friend who has strong links at Wigan believes the deal with Kipre is pretty much a done deal with us.    I hope he's right.

Mowbray warning against loans on Saturday and then signing a loan on Wednesday would be routine Rovers.

Sarr an odd one. Free agent. Highly rated by Charlton albeit a side that got relegated last season and in League One the two before.

Just looked on transfer market. Sarr valued at £720k, Kipre at £1.08m, so not a lot of difference between the two.

Them transfer values are fairly meaningless. Sarr has a value of 0 because he doesnt have a club. Kipre is a far better defender but ultimately is worth 900k.
