West Brom at home

Gutted Davenport didn’t put his chance away. Annoyed with Holtby wasting 2 good chances, so it feels like a loss but they had far more chances and a draw is fair.

That has to be the worst performance in a Rovers shirt from Graham. Absolute garbage today, gave it away at every opportunity. Poor from Armstrong too.

Going to miss Tosin.

Well done to Gallagher when he came on looked good.

Disappointed not to win that game at the end.

Pleased Rothwell scored and had impact again.

Holtby and Davenport should have scored.

Rothwell, Holtby, Davenport and Gallagher all came on a gave a positive performance.

Progress being made by us under Mowbray.

Really unfortunate. Our game to win. Credit to the players for that performance though. Walton especially for keeping us in it until the end.

More of that from Gallagher and he can stay out there.

The subs came on and did a job. We could have even won the game if Davenport has put that 1-on-1 away. The last 30 mins was ours. Good to see the team at least trying to get something out of the game. West Brom probably was alittle complacent here, we take the point and move on.

Special mention to Gallagher, came on and made a difference. Should have 2 assists if Davenport slotted that home.

Davenport only needed to go for either corner and instead went down the middle (probably unintentionally). Think it was a bit of a bottle job, having been out for so long, waiting for his chance, then having the opportunity to beat possibly the best side in the league with one touch...

Gally actually played well, one of his best showings. He and Rothwell looked motivated and tidy, stark contrast to how they've been lately.

Feel for the lad Davenport. Has done decently since he came on with some fight. Should have scored though

I don't feel for him at all. He's a professional footballer who is paid handsomely. A miss like that is shocking to say the least

What a good game to watch. They should have won it easily but we did well, rode our luck at times and could have won it ourselves. Poor Davenport should have chipped the keeper.

I'm very pleased with Rovers performance.

Last sentence is only there to wind people up, Chaddy and you know it.  We are 12th, i don't think that's progress. Proper little wind up merchant you are..

An enjoyable game and a draw a fair result.  The changes that Mowbray made certainly improved us in attack - although both Davenport and Holtby should have scored.  Felt we finished strongly against a very good side.  Pleased that there was finally an end product from Rothwell who looked quite dangerous running at people - if he could only do it on a consistent basis.

Considering the injuries we've had this season to key players I'm more than happy to have reached 60 points with still three games to play.

Can’t complain about today, we played pretty well against a good side and were unlucky not to win it at the end with the two big chances we had. The damage has been done against Wigan and Barnsley, Leeds was always going to be a tough game but to lose those two has really fucked us.

A point more than we deserved over the course of the game against a far superior West Brom but one that not for a dreadful finish by Davenport and a needless trick by Holtby could have kept open a slim play off hope. 4 points behind and 6 teams ahead of us, its done now.

Still none the wiser as to the tactical direction, so confusing to see what we are trying to do. West Brom constantly bar the last 15 minutes had total control. False 9s, wide strikers, then a strange inverted 442, any of it working? Not really.

The initial front 3 were all really ineffective. Nyambe was constantly threatened by Grosicki with mixed results. Rankin Costello you can tell hasnt played much senior football, stands out somewhat. Adarabioyo quite sloppy today. Lenihan holding it together.

Rothwell much, much better when he came on. Got a goal, needs more of that. Also his pass for Holtby was superb and in general was very bright. Holtby should have done better twice in the build up to his back heel cleared off the line but was so much more inventive, his ball in the build up to the Davenport was sublime. Gallagher himself was much better but again not a winger, his ball to Rothwell was not cleanly hit but effective but hit a few more straight to the defenders. His lay off again for the Davenport was excellent. Travis lost his head too.

Our form since the Brentford game has been really poor and we arent good enough for the play offs.

As we ended in 15th last season, it's quite literally progress.

I don't think it's anything to do with the training ground, it's just the mentality of the players we've brought in. They struggle to handle the pressure of being favourites but can deal with being the underdog - a team very much in the image of their manager.
