Woke up from my alarm and watched the game at 2.45am. Bad mistake. Definitely the worst performance this season - lack of fight, lack of skills, lack of leadership, lack of tactics, all around poor poor poor. Please be ashamed of yourselves the entire Rovers team. Hyam - what a joke of a captain/CB. made so many mistakes, 3 of them led to goals. First goal, poor soft touch/backpass to Pears, second goal - reckless tackle in the box (i really do think he wants to be sent off to get out of the game), third goal - was shielding the ball but allowed the Bristol attacker to sneak the ball of him and score. No leadership, no pace, no confidence. The rest of the team are equally poor. I actually thought Wharton did quite okay but was strangely subbed out in the 2nd half (Hyam should have subbed out). Pears - was there anything he could possibly prevented? Kept the score down. Pickering poor and weak as usual. Brittain mindless defending, no threat on the wings, being asked too much to provide an attacking outlet. Tronstad/JRC completely overran in center midfield, Dilan a couple of weak attempts on goal, not the worst on the pitch. Dolan, did nothing except passing back. Szmodics, a tired performance from him, should have put the ball in the net when it was 0-2. Gally, big lump, poor control, cant direct his header, our Number 9. The subs - no one came on to change the game, probably McFadzen, joined Hyam to gift further goals. Kudos to Bristol City. Didnt even have to try. They were solid and disciplined and executed their game plan. Experienced bench players came on to seal the easiest victory they will have in a long time.

Good point against a top 4 team. Although we should be more disappointed than them not winning this game. Saints seem to have some good players but dont really play well as a team. If there's a team who had more desire and wants to win the game in the 2nd half, it was us. Markanday was refreshingly strong, got into the game and certainly look to create things. Gally is a strange one, won alot of headers but he doesnt direct his headers to a running team mate. he seems to just touch the ball with his head for the sake of it. does put in plenty energy, hard running, winning the ball back etc but ultimately, he's a forward. He needs goals. Tronstad was good again and so was Wharton. Dolan wasn't too bad either, even thought he got a YC, he was still trying to make things happen. JRC was just okay. Sammie should have put the chance in the first half away. Otherwise, it was a competent performance. Its just a shame some results elsewhere didn't help. We just have to keep focusing on our performance and results and that's all it matters.

Everything went our way today! Finally we had some luck. Best April Fool's Day in years. Hyam was near perfect today. Szmodics clinical. Hedges is a rolls royce, keep him fit and we are good. The subs today were good. Rovers and Eustace deserved this victory. Let's get a couple more wins and we should be safe.

I don't think the players believe in themselves either. Just pray our goal difference wont get a big hit.

Just watched Ipswich 6-0 trashing of Wednesday. Killed off any hopes of me thinking that Rovers will remotely get anything out of this game. Their Omari Hutchinson will shred our defence to bits.

one fat point and clean sheet. hope it will come in handy end of the season. most of the results went our way so overall a positive result.

This season, it's so hard to predict how many points for safety as they are a shitload of teams in the mix for the last 2 bottom spots. All the teams below us has gotten at least 6 points in their last 5, except Rotherham. The faster we get some wins under our belt the better but we just totally forgotten how to beat teams. I just don't know where are we getting the wins from. Plymouth, Bristol city and Wednesday games are must-win for us. Hoping Leeds and Leicester will be promoted by the time we face them. Last season. 22nd was 44 points 21/22. 22nd was 37 points

It's unlucky that Rovers didnt have enough points to stay up at the end of the season. We shouldnt be blaming anyone, we are just unluckly.

Huge performance from the lads! From the back to the front. Everyone put in a shift. MacFadz is a freaking unit! Hyam looked much better besides him. Good attacking play from Brittain in the first half. Dolan looks a matured player now. Shoutout to Hedges too! Out for so long, but got an assist today and also helped out Chrisene in defending. Hedges > Siggy for sure. Telalovic looked really poor in his short cameo. Never seen a forward who's so slow in unleashing a shot. He looks like a CB trying to be a striker. Gave the ball away a couple times as well. Want to see Leonard coming in for him on the bench. Overall, a very pleasing victory. Come on Rovers!

QPR deserves relegation for allowing Gally to score.

All over the place. Players dont seem to know where they should be playing. No conviction in anything we do. Poor passes, poor shots, just no effort. Who's our shooting coach? Moran - horrible Siggy - did nothing, weak off the ball Gally - did we really miss him? We really did miss Adam Wharton's defence cutting passes. This deep-lying playmaker role will be hard to fill.

Get the frecking schoolboy Moran off. if he's trying to interview for Wharton's role, he's already failed in the first 20 mins.
