My hunch is this season will see 22nd get the second highest points total to the 51 which is the record under 3 points for a win which sent us down.

I think we need 5 points or a point per game to get to 51 as a minimum.

Incidentally, the unluckiest team relegated were Blackpool in the days of 42 games and 2 points for a win. They went down with 37 when we came 5th with 45 points!

just watched extended highlights and there seemed a lot of empty seats considering the official crowd was 42000 must have been about 30000 left after our 4 th.

all this time on the grass this last 2 weeks did they forget to do any shooting practice would explain the lack of shots and the surprise the keeper had when someone shot

just watched the penalty shoot out why do keepers not risk standing still they would have stopped at least 3 of the pens

just been watching some of it and the appointment of the  new manager seems to contradict what Greg Broughton was saying in it "we have a style we want to play and we picked a coach to play that way" I think we may be having a re think of that

not that happy that he has gone he should have been backed last january, but it was coming with the run of results and the very poor home form just surprised a lot more were not calling for it  as we are bottom of most form tables and the worst defense in the league.

I cant believe they are expect us to swallow the same excuse again, only good thing is it was a promising prospect not a proven championship goal scorer.

probably have to keep an eye on squad selection with this lot as we can only have 5 loan players in match day squad , we cant afford any points deductions.

i think its been here for the last 10 years

very poor today I lost count of the times midfielders got the ball and looked round and nobody was making a move all in front of them seemed to be hiding behind defenders so the inevitable safe ball was tried.
