  1. I've just woke up, 6.15 am, and first thing I checked was that result. I won't be able to sleep again. Maybe it will inspire out lot, maybe I am still asleep and just dreaming. There's FA I can do, so I'll close my eyes and hope. I do need that therapy.
  2. SW will be up for it and are physically robust. We will have to compete and earn the right to run the show. Coventry, whom I've watched quite a bit, are decent, they may still be after a playoff spot and no Robbins team is ever on the beach. It's likely that their FA Cup run is over by the time we play them. It's in our hands but it's a tough run in. A point v Leeds would be amazing.
  3. We've won just 6 home games all season and only one in year 2024. I'm searching for some 🔵 tinted spectacles. We might get draws and that might be enough. Eustace and the players are not good enough to do it without "assistance" from the crap teams around us. Harsh, but IMHO, true.
  4. 0.83 points per game and still in the job. Classic example of getting what you pay for. Peanuts gets discarded shells. And many swallow the daily bullshit and single cells convert it to their truth. Which leads to getting what you deserve.
  5. Eustace is at 10 points from 12 games for a PPG of 0.83. That form results in just one outcome but we may well be saved by the wins garnered earlier in the season and the plain fact that others are also crap and will struggle to close the small points gap. Eustace is in reality Useless.
  6. When that becomes the case we just produce the facts, the truth, the stats. Simple stuff like PPG, which in Eustace's case is already appalling. Alledgedly JDT had to deal with revolting players, and JE hasn't. As yet. Well, that monumental HT subs clusterfuck will have ruffled a few feathers of the entitled ones.
  7. BC have the goals up on YouTube. I was going to post a link earlier but concerned it might upset a few so left it to personal choice. Not a pretty sight.
  8. Hyam didn't appear that fussed or bothered trying when he was easily robbed of the ball, turned and rinsed by Mehmeti who then scored. We gave them 4 goals 1. Hyam tries to bring a ball under control. Fails. 2. Brittain fails to clear an easy ball down their left. Hyam concedes penalty. 3. See opening paragraph. 4. McFad turns his back to the ball, intent only to impede his opponent. Concedes penalty for handball. He had no idea or interest in the flight of the ball. They created their 5th but assisted as we'd all given up by then. Pathetic does not adequately cover this debacle by a Rovers team who didn't even try. That's what I find unforgivable.
  9. I voted in the ratings. It wouldn't accept 0 for Hyam so I had to go with a 1. Then I see he's on 0.1, so I stopped thinking how that works as my brain was frazzled. I came across the Predictor. I don't think it's fully operational but as I was there I went for Leeds 7 v Fluffy Feather Pillow Cases 1, and it will be that if we show the desire of last night. I also listened to Eustace on RoversTV. I don't know why, it's worrying, so I've booked an hour late afternoon with a local Monk who does some mental health counselling. TTF the sanity of PL Darts is on tonight.
  10. I'm still trying to deal with the assertion that Hedges has a good shot. I agree that he's better and of more use that the soft lad with the hairnet.
  11. Lots of twists and turns there. I expect Hudds to go down, Big Club to get safe, Sheff Wed to fight like hell. Our run in will test us, starting tonight.
  12. We have not beaten Coventry since their return to the Championship. 6 games, 4 draws and 2 defeats. The defeats were in away games this season and last season.
  13. Having just bought the 47 acres previously used by Birmingham Wheels for a new stadium and training centre Brum need a win soon. Sadly there fixtures look doable.
  14. Thanks. I just read about the fire that day in the Darwen End and the welded double dart thrown in the direction of Terry Gennoe.
  15. Me too and still convinced I saw a Dingle fall through a hole they made in the roof. I was up in the Nuttall St stand and had a good view of all that happened.
  16. I've just read that Arnor Sigurdsson is out for the rest of the season. He won't be missed as much as Hedges but it weakens our bench.
  17. That is a certainty these days. Relying on the other side to be paddling about and worried about their suntan factor are a recipe for failure. This game and SW at home are where we must get points.
  18. Bristol City don't do many draws at home. In their previous 15 home games it's 8 wins, 6 defeats and just 1 draw. A point would do us ok though.
  19. Ah! The game where I want both teams to lose so am always disappointed. Ok, there will be a slight leaning towards a Liverpool win provided it's at a score embarrassing to ManUre.
  20. RangersTV is consistently one of the best quality video I come across on my frequent canoing trips. They must have a huge number of 'proper' subscribers that they take care of. It's as good as ESPN+ for quality.
  21. I'd rather watch an entertaining game than tippy tappy by players who can't do it.
  22. I thought VAR in the PL was bad enough but the Scots can still turn up and outdo us.
  23. I also think there's been club pressure applied to Jackson to get him to change his tune. Eustace himself claiming the win is a wee bit embarrassing and goes against the theme of no time on the pitch with the players when justifying the long win less run.
  24. If Jackson is crediting Eustace with the win v Stoke he's done a full U turn. I wonder why? It has nowt to do with Eustace Dipstick.
