  1. I voted in the ratings. It wouldn't accept 0 for Hyam so I had to go with a 1. Then I see he's on 0.1, so I stopped thinking how that works as my brain was frazzled. I came across the Predictor. I don't think it's fully operational but as I was there I went for Leeds 7 v Fluffy Feather Pillow Cases 1, and it will be that if we show the desire of last night. I also listened to Eustace on RoversTV. I don't know why, it's worrying, so I've booked an hour late afternoon with a local Monk who does some mental health counselling. TTF the sanity of PL Darts is on tonight.
  2. I'm still trying to deal with the assertion that Hedges has a good shot. I agree that he's better and of more use that the soft lad with the hairnet.
  3. Lots of twists and turns there. I expect Hudds to go down, Big Club to get safe, Sheff Wed to fight like hell. Our run in will test us, starting tonight.
  4. We have not beaten Coventry since their return to the Championship. 6 games, 4 draws and 2 defeats. The defeats were in away games this season and last season.
  5. Having just bought the 47 acres previously used by Birmingham Wheels for a new stadium and training centre Brum need a win soon. Sadly there fixtures look doable.
  6. Thanks. I just read about the fire that day in the Darwen End and the welded double dart thrown in the direction of Terry Gennoe.
  7. Me too and still convinced I saw a Dingle fall through a hole they made in the roof. I was up in the Nuttall St stand and had a good view of all that happened.
  8. I've just read that Arnor Sigurdsson is out for the rest of the season. He won't be missed as much as Hedges but it weakens our bench.
  9. That is a certainty these days. Relying on the other side to be paddling about and worried about their suntan factor are a recipe for failure. This game and SW at home are where we must get points.
  10. Bristol City don't do many draws at home. In their previous 15 home games it's 8 wins, 6 defeats and just 1 draw. A point would do us ok though.
  11. Ah! The game where I want both teams to lose so am always disappointed. Ok, there will be a slight leaning towards a Liverpool win provided it's at a score embarrassing to ManUre.
  12. RangersTV is consistently one of the best quality video I come across on my frequent canoing trips. They must have a huge number of 'proper' subscribers that they take care of. It's as good as ESPN+ for quality.
  13. I'd rather watch an entertaining game than tippy tappy by players who can't do it.
  14. I thought VAR in the PL was bad enough but the Scots can still turn up and outdo us.
  15. I also think there's been club pressure applied to Jackson to get him to change his tune. Eustace himself claiming the win is a wee bit embarrassing and goes against the theme of no time on the pitch with the players when justifying the long win less run.
  16. If Jackson is crediting Eustace with the win v Stoke he's done a full U turn. I wonder why? It has nowt to do with Eustace Dipstick.
  17. Lots seem to have fully operational crystal balls. eBay or Amazon? I might get one.
  18. That pass by AW v City a thing of beauty. Good finish too.
  19. A FU shadow of what we were and should be, with no end to the nightmare in sight. It's just on a continuous loop.
  20. I've just watched the highlights of tonight's games having just awoken from a rare but welcome 6 hours sleep missing the live football and more importantly the darts. I played just shy of 350 games at mid amateur level and I cannot recall a goal conceded by any keeper like Liverpool's first. There were howlers but nothing like that. So much for the fabled keepers eyeline. Also so nice to see ManUre lose a game they were winning going into Fergie time.
  21. On the subject of cockwombles they have also been spotted in Pune. This one clucks when called Bling.
  22. Southampton will want to protect the current 4th spot. This gives them home advantage in the 2nd leg playoff game v 5th. Above based on their being out of contention for 3rd spot despite games in hand.
  23. BBD has made just 5 appearances for SU in the PL, scored 4 with 1 assist. 347 minutes played in the PL or 87 minutes per goal. It's a tiny sample but not too shabby when playing for a basket case PL outfit.
  24. Southampton will want to ensure that they retain 4th spot to get ground advantage in the 2nd leg of the playoff v the team that finishes 5th. They have games in hand on the teams above them but I agree that their chances of an automatic place have all but gone. They will be hurting after Ipswich, a game they should have won and I expect them to come to Ewood looking for a win. I hope so, it will leave them more open to our forays forward. It should be a good game.
