  1. Being a fan of neither I take no pleasure in MU winning but I do take pleasure from Liverpool chucking it away. Anyway City will win the Final in a game I doubt I will watch unless Coventry get there.
  2. That should be an OG with that amount of deflection. The shot was on target but going to the keepers left before deflection gave him no chance.
  3. Liverpool spent the 2nd half playing walking football and trying to pass the ball into the net. They let MU back into the game and should have lost with the last kick by Rashford. I fancy MU to score another so Liverpool need to buck their ideas up, quickly
  4. If only I was proficient at PhotoShop then the only decision would be who, Shadow or Bling...
  5. I actually did laugh but admire the spunk of the lad after that awful penalty. I expected Palmer to take it and score.
  6. Yes, Forss missed a very good chance, also McGree and then the crossbar saved us. Boro has the better chances. A point earned, not 2 points lost, against a decent side in an away game should be a confidence boost for the tough schedule ahead.
  7. I gave up on that game as soon as City went 2 up. Wolves v Coventry was good TV and pleased that it wasn't decided by Simms dodgy first goal.
  8. A good point. If other scores hold we move up to 17th. We road our luck a bit but good effort although Brittain was away with the fairies and the subs, Dolan apart, were a hindrance.
  9. Stroud, no words can express my opinion on this piece of dog excretement.
  10. A blend of Ena, Martha and Minnie and there you have Siggy Hairnet
  11. So just above the elbow is not handball even when the body is moved to create the contact. They make it up as they go along. The Jock commentator is a total dick.
  12. I draw hope from my belief that we do have quite a few decent players and are better than our form since December indicates. But it's a results business, especially so at the arse end of a season when in trouble. We need to get wins, we are going to lose a few of the games left and draws in others may not be enough. I have no idea how today will go but hopefully we don't lose.
  13. JE has failed to do as well as the other teams around us at the bottom of the table. Since his arrival we've dropped a place and the gap to the bottom 3 has gone from 7 points to just 3. That is the important issue. If the current trend of results and points accumulation of us and others is not moved in our favour then we get relegated.
  14. Sammie is being sold whether or not he gets an international cap. The club will be pleased as it can add value. Fire sale coming in a few months. But 1 get 1 free.
  15. We had a few of those nutters back in the 60s. One ran the senior prefects as his Private army. In those days it was good to have an older brother with a good punch and older lads from the village who were up for a scrap.
  16. Sammie is back in the RoI squad and well up for it. Good luck!👍
  17. Bloody hell, that was good. Luke is on form too. Come on Nathan!
  18. We sing from the same him sheet. They are grifters and stupid too.
  19. Thank you for your concern. I, indeed we, appreciate it. I saw what he did and what he wanted to do to you. He is Maggott the Rat, total vermin.
  20. He was "one of our own" to Brum fans but they also considered him to have been treated poorly by the new owners. He'd done ok the previous season and they got their highest points tally in 7 years and safe. This season after 11 games and in 6th position the owners sacked him citing they wanted "a winning mentality and a culture of ambition" across the club. That is a damming statement for owners to issue when sacking the manager/ coach. It's probably what put him on Rovers short list as a JDT replacement. Brum then appointed Rooney and then Mowbray proving that some just never learn.
  21. I don't expect any points away to Boro. If we get a single point v Ipswich it will be something at least. Our best hope is those currently below or near us do worse than us. Relying on others misfortune is a sad way to go in any venture
  22. HT stats in Bournemouth v Luton. Luton lead 0-3. They do have a good keeper ...
