  1. Number 9 - He’s very similar to Gallagher maybe not as tall.
  2. Sorry I won’t believe that this is being spun around again and that McGuire or anyone substantial is coming. Ive been hurt too many times.
  3. Im trying to see when his contract expires but it doesn’t show anything….If he has a few years left he will be expensive - But he’d be a great signing.
  4. From the oxford forum. Lets hope he doesnt lead us on like he did with Blackpool to then turn around last minute and stay.
  5. He plays quite central and is more a defensive midfielder.
  6. Simple Venkeys have done a Uturn on the budget and instead of 2.5m which we were meant to spend on Mcuire, they've come back late last night saying actually, you only have 1m instead - Will lead to these league 1 links/Rumours.
  7. Brannagan wouldn't be a bad signing - He's towards the top end quality of League 1 and has a fair bit of experience.
  8. Exactly…These lot will get away with this until they decide it’s time to sell.
  9. Give over nothing will happen and protest most definitely won’t happen…Especially if we bring in a freebie striker at 11:50 tonight…All will be forgotten.
  10. 1000%....All in all its probably a less risk signing and Jukiewicz can hit the ground running but it just all stinks.
  11. Its just excuses!! "Blackburn can get on with their recruitment" ooo aye yeah once the player we've been chasing all month decides to go back home and we have 14 hours to get bodies in. JOKERS!
  12. Agreed, what people are forgetting is that we had this last year. Its not the first occasion and won't be the last under this ownership...Its barbaric!
  13. I'm so so embarrassed - To the point that i don't even want to listen to JDT's next press conference. The awkward questions coming his way about transfer will be unbearable to listen to. There i was, last night, half looking forward to today as it looked like we were making a money signing, with possibly another incoming. I personally don't think Mcguire was the answer just with how limited he looked but obviously that's not the point...The poor lad broke a sweat to jump on a plane to further his career in English football. He's probably dreamt about it, we were the stepping stone for him to POSSIBLY get to the prem....We've, astonishingly, repeated our actions from last year which is unacceptable beyond belief - Especially when we've just sold our biggest asset. I'm not even sure what's going to happen today and I've bloody booked it off work! Suhail & Waggott have you no shame!?
  14. Keshi Anderson apparently leaving Birmingham on loan or permanent…Decent player and would do a better job than our current wingers.
  15. Aye £22mill into running the club with venkys sending over 2/3mill on spends in summer. Dont think Brekalo happens when Orlando have a fee there ready to go. We’re going to get nowhere this late on in the window trying loan to buys.
  16. Risky business trying to pinch a target from a club we’re trying to sign a striker from 🫣
  17. According to TV 2's information, Blackburn Rovers is the club that has thrown itself into a late coup attempt by David Brekalo (25) with a few hours left until the deadline. @kflygind was first to break the news of the Championship bid. Now Viking has far better cards in hand in the negotiations.
  18. Looks a direct player, something we lack. By the sounds of the report it looks like he's not going anywhere but like @roversfan99 has said, why arn't we buying these players? The Warchest should be open!
  19. Tochi Chukwuani is out of contract in the summer and it looks like Swansea are looking at him along with some others. Plays CAM, CM, or DM. He's young and Danish, wonder if we've looked at him?
  20. Despite Dolans flaws, he adds alot to the team, especially as small as our squad is. HOWEVER, i personally don't think he'll sign a new deal, so in an ideal world we should be selling. If Luton want to spend millions on Dolan then that's their problem as theres no way he's premier league standard - He has to be replaced though!
