  1. Im with you Dom, for some reason I bought the away one, I dont quite recall why!

But Im not buying the home shirt until later in the season. I prefer the last HSA one to be honest, back when the quality was far better. That shirt is in almost perfect condition!

I was looking at my home shirts from the past two seasons, the HSA lonsdale one is far better than last years which has the Lonsdale in tatters, this season looks to be the same.

  2. Just thought it'd be interesting to see where everyone sits in the ground, maybe get a poll going, it might explain a few things about certain comments, i.e. those always moaning must sit at home! haha sorry couldn't resist, but really where abouts do we sit? Never mind a singing section, let's get a brfcs.com section!
  3. After looking carefully at the table, fixtures and then doing the bbc predictor, and I have been as un biased as possible and i still came up with this:

    16 Fulham 35

    17 Pompey 33

    18 Birmingham 30

    19 West Brom 30

    20 Sunderland 13

    1 Chelsea 29 75

    18 Birmingham City 28 24

    19 Portsmouth 29 21

    20 Sunderland 29 10

  4. It's almost time for the talking to stop and the season to begin, most of the signings have been made so how will they all finish??

    Here is my prediction:

    1. Chelsea

    2. Manchester United

    3. Arsenal

    4. Liverpool

    5. Tottenham Hotspur

    6. Newcastle United

    7. Birmingham City

    8. Blackburn Rovers

    9. Middlesbrough

    10. Aston Villa

    11. Everton

    12. Bolton Wanderers

    13. Charlton Athletic

    14. Manchester City

    15. Fulham

    16. Sunderland

    17. Wigan Athletic

    18. West Ham United

    19. Portsmouth

    20. West Bromich Albion

  5. I think this may well be more likely (give or take the signings):

    1. Friedel

    2. Neill

    3. Gresko

    4. Mokeona

    5. Nelsen

    6. Todd

    7. Emerton

    8. Savage

    9. Cole

    10. Dickov

    11. Pedersen

    12. Kuqi

    13. Encklemen

    14. Reid

    15. Flitcroft

    16. Tugay

    17. McCarthy

    18. McEveley

    19. Gallagher

    20. Thompson

    21. Jansen

    22. Matteo

    23. Amoruso

    24. Douglas

    25. Johnson

    26. Yelldell

    27. Derbyshire

    28. Taylor

    33. Gray

  6. Stead hasn't played up front with anyone all season, the only time he has in his Rovers career was with either Coley or Gally in his first season and his record was exceptional. He would have been a quality player for us and this will come back to bite us!!!

Granted he played a few with Dickov but for all his good points he is very much an individual, he does a lot of running and good work for the team but rarely links up with his strike partner and someone like Stead who is relatively inexperienced needs that, and thrived working off a quality player in Coley, rumours have it Coley will now return but that will be extremely dampened by Steady's departure, them two together along with another good forward would have been an exciting prospect.
