Media selling Finneran for us now! Just turned 16 and never kicked a ball for us.
What's the bloody point?

From that article…
’However, it would be a surprise if they stood in the way of a big move to a top club for the Irish ace’
The system is set up so we can’t stand in his way (and it stinks)

Forest had two choices:
Sell the player within the relevant accounting period for a fee which allowed them to comply with FFP regulations or
Sell the player at a date of their choosing to try to maximise the fee (but in the knowledge this would mean them breaching FFP regulations)
How can making a decision in the full knowledge this means you’ll be in breach of the rules possibly be a mitigation for that breach??

Not sure what you mean, the common convention is that transfer fees are amortised in the accounts over the length of the contract.
I've also never heard of Venkys taking anything out of the club as 'management charges' in previous accounts, though I stand to be corrected. That said I do suspect some dodgy accounting has happened, we seem to make losses no matter what according to the accounts.
That’s for transfer fees spent, not those received.

That was filed on 30/05/23. It doesn't seem particularly pertinent to today?
Which is just as well because if it was it doesn't give theimpression of any hearing being a mere formality.
Item one on the list was filed yesterday…

Whilst P&S doesn't apply to League One clubs they have a scheme called Salary Cost Management Protocol which reads like a salary cap. What isn't clear is if there is a transitional period for relegated clubs.
What is Salary Cost Management Protocol (SCMP)?
Salary Cost Management Protocol (SCMP) is the Financial Fair Play rules for all League One and League Two Clubs.
The SCMP requirement is whereby a Club’s Player-Related Expenditure shall not exceed the sum of 60% or 50% of the Club’s Relevant Turnover for League One and League Two Clubs respectively.
The Reporting Period in respect of which a Club is assessed for the purpose of the SCMP Requirement is the 12 month period recorded in the Club’s Annual Accounts.
The full SCMP regulations can be found here

They’ve taken the present and quite possibly the future from us, don’t let them take our past as well.

Unfortunately a good chunk of the fanbase don’t have said half a brain cell and it will be JDT that gets the blame.
Is that individually or collectively?

I would be absolutely staggered if even Swag and Greg the egg had agreed to Travis being eligible to play against Rovers. However……………….
Nothing would surprise me with Rovers anymore.

The Trust/Fans Forum or anyone else need a straight answer asap as to whether we're still going back to Court to request funding on March 12th. And if not an honest answer why not.
Everything else pales into insignificance really.
Still listed for that date on the Delhi High Court website.
